3Her princesשָׂרֶ֣יהָsa.Rei.haH8269בְקִרְבָּ֔הּve.kir.BahH7130are roaringשֹֽׁאֲגִ֑יםsho.'a.GimH7580lionsאֲרָי֖וֹת'a.ra.YotH738;her judgesשֹׁפְטֶ֙יהָ֙sho.fe.Tei.haH8199areeveningעֶ֔רֶב'E.revH6153wolvesזְאֵ֣בֵיze.'E.veiH2061,leavingגָרְמ֖וּga.re.MuH1633nothingלֹ֥אlo'H3808for the morningלַבֹּֽקֶר׃la.Bo.kerH1242.

Israel’s Restoration
13The remnantשְׁאֵרִ֨יתshe.'e.RitH7611of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֜לYis.ra.'ElH3478will no longerלֹֽא־lo'-H3808doיַעֲשׂ֤וּya.'a.SuH6213wrongעַוְלָה֙'av.LahH5766orוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808speakיְדַבְּר֣וּye.da.be.RuH1696liesכָזָ֔בkha.ZavH3577,nor willוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808a deceitfulתַּרְמִ֑יתtar.MitH8649tongueלְשׁ֣וֹןle.ShonH3956be foundיִמָּצֵ֥אyi.ma.Tze'H4672in their mouthsבְּפִיהֶ֖םbe.fi.HemH6310.Butכִּֽי־ki-H3588theyהֵ֛מָּהHe.mahH1992will feedיִרְע֥וּyir.'UH7462and lie downוְרָבְצ֖וּve.ra.ve.TzuH7257,with no oneוְאֵ֥יןve.'EinH369to make them trembleמַחֲרִֽיד׃ סma.cha.RidH2729.”
14Sing for joyרָנִּי֙ra.NiH7442,O Daughterבַּת־bat-H1323of Zionצִיּ֔וֹןtzi.YonH6726;shout aloudהָרִ֖יעוּha.Ri.'uH7321,O Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478!Be gladשִׂמְחִ֤יsim.ChiH8055and rejoiceוְעָלְזִי֙ve.'al.ZiH5937with allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605your heartלֵ֔בLevH3820,O Daughterבַּ֖תbatH1323of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ye.ru.sha.LimH3389!
15The LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068has taken awayהֵסִ֤ירhe.SirH5493your punishmentמִשְׁפָּטַ֔יִךְmish.pa.Ta.yikhH4941;He has turned backפִּנָּ֖הpi.NahH6437your enemyאֹֽיְבֵ֑ךְ'o.ye.VekhH341.Israel’sיִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל׀Yis.ra.'ElH3478Kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428,the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,is among youבְּקִרְבֵּ֔ךְbe.kir.BekhH7130;noלֹא־lo'-H3808longerעֽוֹד׃odH5750will you fearתִֽירְאִ֥יtir.'IH3372any harmרָ֖עra'H7451.
