7Be silentהַ֕סhasH2013in the presenceמִפְּנֵ֖יmi.pe.NeiH6440of the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODיְהוִ֑הYah.wehH3069,forכִּ֤יkiH3588the Dayי֣וֹםYomH3117of the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068is nearקָרוֹב֙ka.rOvH7138.Indeedכִּֽי־ki-H3588,the LORDיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068has preparedהֵכִ֧יןhe.KhinH3559a sacrificeזֶ֖בַחZe.vachH2077;He has consecratedהִקְדִּ֥ישׁhik.DishH6942His guestsקְרֻאָֽיו׃ke.ru.'AvH7121.
8וְהָיָ֗הve.ha.YahH1961“On the Dayבְּיוֹם֙be.yOmH3117of the LORD’sיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068sacrificeזֶ֣בַחZe.vachH2077I will punishוּפָקַדְתִּ֥י עַל־u.fa.kad.Ti 'al-H6485H5921the princesהַשָּׂרִ֖יםha.sa.RimH8269וְעַל־ve.'al-H5921,the sonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of the kingהַמֶּ֑לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428,andוְעַ֥לve.'AlH5921allכָּל־kol-H3605who are dressedהַלֹּבְשִׁ֖יםha.loe.ShimH3847in foreignנָכְרִֽי׃na.khe.RiH5237apparelמַלְבּ֥וּשׁmal.BushH4403.
9On thatהַה֑וּאha.Hu'H1931dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117I will punishוּפָקַדְתִּ֗יu.fa.kad.TiH6485allכָּל־kol-H3605who leapעַ֧ל הַדּוֹלֵ֛ג'al ha.do.LegH1801H5921overעַל־'al-H5921the thresholdהַמִּפְתָּ֖ןha.mif.TanH4670,who fillהַֽמְמַלְאִ֛יםha.mal.'ImH4390the houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004of their masterאֲדֹנֵיהֶ֖ם'a.do.nei.HemH113with violenceחָמָ֥סcha.MasH2555and deceitוּמִרְמָֽה׃ סu.mir.MahH4820.
10On thatהַה֜וּאha.Hu'H1931dayבַיּ֨וֹםvai.YomH3117,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068, “a cryק֤וֹל צְעָקָה֙Kol tze.'a.KahH6963H6818will go upוְהָיָה֩ve.ha.YahH1961fromמִן־min-H4480the Fishהַדָּגִ֔יםha.da.GimH1709Gateמִשַּׁ֣עַרmi.Sha.'arH8179,a wailוִֽילָלָ֖הvi.la.LahH3215from the Second Districtהַמִּשְׁנֶ֑הha.mish.NehH4932,and a loudגָּד֖וֹלga.DolH1419crashingוְשֶׁ֥בֶרve.She.verH7667from the hillsמֵהַגְּבָעֽוֹת׃me.ha.ge.va.'otH1389.
11Wailהֵילִ֖ילוּhei.Li.luH3213,O dwellersיֹשְׁבֵ֣יyo.she.VeiH3427of the Hollowהַמַּכְתֵּ֑שׁha.makh.TeshH4389,forכִּ֤יkiH3588allכָּל־kol-H3605your merchantsעַ֣ם כְּנַ֔עַן'am ke.Na.'anH5971H3667will be silencedנִדְמָה֙nid.MahH1820;allכָּל־kol-H3605who weigh outנְטִ֥ילֵיne.Ti.leiH5187silverכָֽסֶף׃Kha.sefH3701will be cut offנִכְרְת֖וּnikh.re.TuH3772.
12Andוְהָיָה֙ve.ha.YahH1961at thatהַהִ֔יאha.Hi'H1931timeבָּעֵ֣תba.'EtH6256I will searchאֲחַפֵּ֥שׂ'a.cha.PesH2664אֶת־'et-H853Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֖םye.ru.sha.LimH3389with lampsבַּנֵּר֑וֹתba.ne.RotH5216and punishוּפָקַדְתִּ֣יu.fa.kad.TiH6485עַל־'al-H5921the menהָאֲנָשִׁ֗יםha.'a.na.ShimH582settledהַקֹּֽפְאִים֙ha.ko.fe.'ImH7087inעַל־'al-H5921complacencyשִׁמְרֵיהֶ֔םshim.rei.HemH8105,who sayהָאֹֽמְרִים֙ha.'o.me.RimH559to themselvesבִּלְבָבָ֔םbil.va.VamH3824, ‘The LORDלֹֽא־ יְהוָ֖הlo'- Yah.wehH3068H3808will do nothingוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808,either goodיֵיטִ֥יבyei.TivH3190or badיָרֵֽעַ׃ya.Re.a'H7489.’
13Their wealthחֵילָם֙chei.LamH2428will beוְהָיָ֤הve.ha.YahH1961plunderedלִמְשִׁסָּ֔הlim.shi.SahH4933and their housesוּבָתֵּיהֶ֖םu.va.tei.HemH1004laid wasteלִשְׁמָמָ֑הlish.ma.MahH8077.They will buildוּבָנ֤וּu.va.NuH1129housesבָתִּים֙va.TimH1004but notוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808inhabitיֵשֵׁ֔בוּye.She.vuH3427them,and plantוְנָטְע֣וּve.na.te.'UH5193vineyardsכְרָמִ֔יםkhe.ra.MimH3754but neverוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808drinkיִשְׁתּ֖וּyish.TuH8354אֶת־'et-H853their wineיֵינָֽם׃yei.NamH3196.
