15“Howאֵ֚יךְ'eikhH349can you sayוַתֹּ֣אמֶר אֵלָ֗יוva.To.mer 'e.LavH559 H413, ‘I love youאֲהַבְתִּ֔יךְ'a.hav.TikhH157,’”she askedתֹּאמַ֣רto.MarH559, “when your heartוְלִבְּךָ֖ve.li.be.KhaH3820is notאֵ֣ין'einH369with meאִתִּ֑י'i.TiH854?Thisזֶ֣הzehH2088is the thirdשָׁלֹ֤שׁsha.LoshH7969timeפְּעָמִים֙pe.'a.MimH6471you have mockedהֵתַ֣לְתָּhe.Tal.taH2048meand failedוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808to revealהִגַּ֣דְתָּhi.Gad.taH5046to methe sourceבַּמֶּ֖הba.MehH4100of your great strengthכֹּחֲךָ֥ גָדֽוֹל׃ko.cha.Kha ga.DolH3581 H1419!”

16Finally, afterוַ֠יְהִיVay.hiH1961כִּֽי־ki-H3588she had pressedהֵצִ֨יקָהhe.Tzi.kahH6693himdailyכָּל־ הַיָּמִ֖יםkol- hai.ya.MimH3605 H3117with her wordsבִדְבָרֶ֛יהָvid.va.Rei.haH1697and pleadedוַתְּאַֽלֲצֵ֑הוּva.te.'a.la.Tze.huH509until heנַפְשׁ֖וֹnaf.ShoH5315was sickוַתִּקְצַ֥רva.tik.TzarH7114to deathלָמֽוּת׃la.MutH4191,

17Samsontoldוַיַּגֶּד־vai.ya.ged-H5046herאֶת־'et-H853all that wasכָּל־kol-H3605in his heartלִבּ֗וֹli.BoH3820וַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559: “My hairרֹאשִׁ֔יro.ShiH7218has neverלֹֽא־lo'-H3808been cutמוֹרָה֙ עָלָ֣ה עַל־mo.Rah 'a.Lah 'al-H4177 H5927 H5921,becauseכִּֽי־ki-H3588Iאֲנִ֖י'a.NiH589have beena Naziriteנְזִ֧ירne.ZirH5139to Godאֱלֹהִ֛ים'E.lo.HimH430from my mother’sאִמִּ֑י'i.MiH517wombמִבֶּ֣טֶןmi.Be.tenH990.Ifאִם־'im-H518I am shavedגֻּלַּ֙חְתִּי֙gu.Lach.tiH1548,my strengthכֹחִ֔יkho.ChiH3581will leaveוְסָ֣רve.SarH5493meמִמֶּ֣נִּיmi.Me.niH4480,and I will become as weakוְחָלִ֥יתִיve.cha.Li.tiH2470asוְהָיִ֖יתִיve.ha.Yi.tiH1961anyכְּכָל־ke.khol-H3605other manהָאָדָֽם׃ha.'a.DamH120.”

18When Delilahדְלִילָ֗הde.li.LahH1807realizedוַתֵּ֣רֶאva.Te.re'H7200thatכִּֽי־ki-H3588he had revealedהִגִּ֣ידhi.GidH5046to herאֶת־'et-H853allכָּל־kol-H3605that wasin his heartלִבּוֹ֒li.BoH3820,she sentוַתִּשְׁלַ֡ח וַתִּקְרָא֩va.tish.Lach va.tik.Ra'H7971 H7121this messageלֵאמֹר֙le.MorH559to the lordsלְסַרְנֵ֨יle.sar.NeiH5633of the Philistinesפְלִשְׁתִּ֤יםfe.lish.TimH6430: “Come upעֲל֣וּ'a.LuH5927once moreהַפַּ֔עַםha.Pa.'amH6471,forכִּֽי־ki-H3588he has revealedהִגִּ֥ידhi.GidH5046to meאֶת־'et-H853allכָּל־kol-H3605that isin his heartלִבּ֑וֹli.BoH3820.”Then the lordsסַרְנֵ֣יsar.NeiH5633of the Philistinesפְלִשְׁתִּ֔יםfe.lish.TimH6430cameוְעָל֤וּve.'a.LuH5927to herאֵלֶ֙יהָ֙'e.Lei.haH413,bringingוַיַּעֲל֥וּvai.ya.'a.LuH5927the moneyהַכֶּ֖סֶףha.Ke.sefH3701in their handsבְּיָדָֽם׃be.ya.DamH3027.

19And having lulled him to sleepוַתְּיַשְּׁנֵ֙הוּ֙va.te.ya.she.Ne.huH3462onעַל־'al-H5921her lapבִּרְכֶּ֔יהָbir.Kei.haH1290,she calledוַתִּקְרָ֣אva.tik.Ra'H7121a manלָאִ֔ישׁla.'IshH376to shave offוַתְּגַלַּ֕חva.te.ga.LachH1548אֶת־'et-H853the sevenשֶׁ֖בַעShe.va'H7651braidsמַחְלְפ֣וֹתmach.le.FotH4253of his headרֹאשׁ֑וֹro.ShoH7218.In this way she beganוַתָּ֙חֶל֙va.Ta.chelH2490to subdue himלְעַנּוֹת֔וֹle.'a.no.ToH6031,and his strengthכֹּח֖וֹ מֵעָלָֽיו׃ko.Cho me.'a.LavH3581 H5921left himוַיָּ֥סַרvai.Ya.sarH5493.

20Then she called outוַתֹּ֕אמֶרva.To.merH559, “Samsonשִׁמְשׁ֑וֹןshim.ShonH8123,the Philistinesפְּלִשְׁתִּ֥יםpe.lish.TimH6430arehereעָלֶ֖יךָ'a.Lei.khaH5921!”When Samson awokeוַיִּקַ֣ץvai.yi.KatzH3364from his sleepמִשְּׁנָת֗וֹmi.she.na.ToH8142,he thoughtוַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙vai.Yo.merH559, “I will escapeאֵצֵ֞א'e.Tze'H3318as I did beforeH6471and shake myself freeוְאִנָּעֵ֔רve.'i.na.'ErH5287.”But heוְהוּא֙ve.Hu'H1931did notלֹ֣אlo'H3808knowיָדַ֔עya.Da'H3045thatכִּ֥יkiH3588the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068had departedסָ֥רsarH5493from himמֵעָלָֽיו׃me.'a.LavH5921.
