8The LORDיְהוָ֤הYah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559toאֶל־'el-H413Joshuaיְהוֹשֻׁ֙עַ֙ye.ho.Shu.a'H3091, “Do notאַל־'al-H408be afraidתִּירָ֣אti.Ra'H3372of them,forכִּ֥יkiH3588I have delivered themנְתַתִּ֑יםne.ta.TimH5414into your handבְיָדְךָ֖ve.ya.de.KhaH3027.Notלֹֽא־lo'-H3808oneאִ֛ישׁ'ishH376of themshall standיַעֲמֹ֥דya.'a.ModH5975against youבְּפָנֶֽיךָ׃be.fa.Nei.khaH6440.”
10And the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068threw them into confusionוַיְהֻמֵּ֤םvay.hu.MemH2000beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,who defeated themוַיַּכֵּ֥םvai.ya.KemH5221in a greatגְדוֹלָ֖הge.do.LahH1419slaughterמַכָּֽה־ma.kah-H4347at Gibeonבְּגִבְע֑וֹןbe.giv.'onH1391,pursued themוַֽיִּרְדְּפֵ֗םvai.yir.de.FemH7291alongדֶּ֚רֶךְDe.rekhH1870the ascentמַעֲלֵ֣הma.'a.LehH4608to Beth-horonH1032,and struck them downוַיַּכֵּ֥םvai.ya.KemH5221asעַד־'ad-H5704far as Azekahעֲזֵקָ֖ה וְעַד־'a.ze.Kah ve.'ad-H5825H5704and Makkedahמַקֵּדָֽה׃ma.ke.DahH4719.
