2“Thusכֹּֽה־koh-H3541saysאָמַ֥ר'a.MarH559the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068who made the earthעֹשָׂ֑הּ'o.SahH6213,the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068who formedיוֹצֵ֥רyo.TzerH3335itאוֹתָ֛הּ'o.TahH853and established itלַהֲכִינָ֖הּla.ha.khi.NahH3559,the LORDיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068is His nameשְׁמֽוֹ׃she.MoH8034:

3Callקְרָ֥אke.Ra'H7121to Meאֵלַ֖י'e.LaiH413,and I will answerוְאֶעֱנֶ֑ךָּve.'e.'e.Ne.kaH6030and showוְאַגִּ֧ידָהve.'a.Gi.dahH5046yougreatגְּדֹל֥וֹתge.do.LotH1419and unsearchable thingsוּבְצֻר֖וֹתu.ve.tzu.RotH1219you do notלֹ֥אlo'H3808knowיְדַעְתָּֽם׃ סye.da'.TamH3045.

4Forכִּי֩kiH3588this is whatכֹ֨הkhohH3541the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,saysאָמַ֤ר'a.MarH559aboutעַל־'al-H5921the housesבָּתֵּי֙ba.TeiH1004of thisהַזֹּ֔את וְעַל־ha.Zot ve.'al-H2063 H5921cityהָעִ֣ירha.'IrH5892and the palacesבָּתֵּ֖יba.TeiH1004of the kingsמַלְכֵ֣יmal.KheiH4428of Judahיְהוּדָ֑הye.hu.DahH3063that have been torn downהַנְּתֻצִ֕יםha.ne.tu.TzimH5422for defense againstאֶל־'el-H413the siege rampsהַסֹּלְל֖וֹת וְאֶל־ha.so.le.Lot ve.'el-H5550 H413and the swordהֶחָֽרֶב׃he.Cha.revH2719:

5אֶת־'et-H854The Chaldeansהַכַּשְׂדִּ֔יםha.kas.DimH3778are comingבָּאִ֗יםba.'ImH935to fightלְהִלָּחֵם֙le.hi.la.ChemH3898and to fillוּלְמַלְאָם֙u.le.mal.'AmH4390those placeswithאֶת־'et-H854the corpsesפִּגְרֵ֣יpig.ReiH6297of the menהָאָדָ֔םha.'a.DamH120אֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834I will strike downהִכֵּ֥יתִיhi.Kei.tiH5221in My angerבְאַפִּ֖יve.'a.PiH639and in My wrathוּבַחֲמָתִ֑יu.va.cha.ma.TiH2534וַאֲשֶׁ֨רva.'a.SherH834.I have hiddenהִסְתַּ֤רְתִּיhis.Tar.tiH5641My faceפָנַי֙fa.NaiH6440from thisהַזֹּ֔אתha.ZotH2063cityמֵהָעִ֣ירme.ha.'IrH5892because ofעַ֖ל'alH5921allכָּל־kol-H3605its wickednessרָעָתָֽם׃ra.'a.TamH7451.

6Neverthelessהִנְנִ֧יhi.NiH2005,I will bringמַעֲלֶה־ma.'a.leh-H5927to ithealthאֲרֻכָ֥ה'a.ru.KhahH724and healingוּמַרְפֵּ֖אu.mar.Pe'H4832,and I will healוּרְפָאתִ֑יםu.re.fa.TimH7495its peopleand revealוְגִלֵּיתִ֣יve.gi.lei.TiH1540to themthe abundanceעֲתֶ֥רֶת'a.Te.retH6283of peaceשָׁל֖וֹםsha.LomH7965and truthוֶאֱמֶֽת׃ve.'e.MetH571.

7I will restoreוַהֲשִֽׁבֹתִי֙va.ha.shi.vo.TiH7725אֶת־'et-H853Judahיְהוּדָ֔הye.hu.DahH3063וְאֵ֖תve.'EtH853andשְׁב֣וּתshe.VutH7622Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478from captivityשְׁב֣וּתshe.VutH7622and will rebuild themוּבְנִתִ֖יםu.ve.ni.TimH1129as in former timesכְּבָרִֽאשֹׁנָֽה׃ke.va.Ri.sho.NahH7223.

8And I will cleanse themוְטִ֣הַרְתִּ֔יםve.Ti.har.TimH2891from allמִכָּל־mi.kolH3605the iniquityעֲוֹנָ֖ם'a.vo.NamH5771אֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834they have committedחָֽטְאוּ־cha.te.'u-H2398against Me,and will forgiveוְסָלַחְתִּ֗יve.sa.lach.TiH5545allלְכָל עֲוֹנֽוֹתֵיהֶם֙le.khol- a.vo.no.tei.HemH3605 H5771אֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834their sinsחָֽטְאוּ־cha.te.'u-H2398וַאֲשֶׁ֖רva.'a.SherH834of rebellionפָּ֥שְׁעוּPa.she.'uH6586against Me.

9So this city will bringוְהָ֣יְתָהve.Ha.ye.tahH1961Merenownלְשֵׁ֤םle.ShemH8034,joyשָׂשׂוֹן֙sa.sOnH8342,praiseלִתְהִלָּ֣הlit.hi.LahH8416,and gloryוּלְתִפְאֶ֔רֶתu.le.tif.'E.retH8597before allלְכֹ֖לle.KholH3605the nationsגּוֹיֵ֣יgo.YeiH1471of the earthהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776,whoאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834will hearיִשְׁמְע֜וּyish.me.'UH8085אֶת־'et-H853of allכָּל־kol-H3605the goodהַטּוֹבָ֗הha.to.VahH2896אֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834Iאָֽנֹכִי֙'a.no.KhiH595doעֹשֶׂ֣ה'o.SehH6213for itאֹתָ֔ם'o.TamH853.They will trembleוְרָֽגְז֗וּve.ra.ge.ZuH7264in aweוּפָחֲד֣וּu.fa.cha.DuH6342because ofעַ֤ל'alH5921allכָּל־kol-H3605the goodnessהַטּוֹבָה֙ וְעַ֣לha.to.Vah ve.'AlH2896 H5921andכָּל־kol-H3605prosperityהַשָּׁל֔וֹםha.sha.LomH7965thatאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834Iאָֽנֹכִ֖י'a.no.KhiH595will provideעֹ֥שֶׂה'O.sehH6213for it.
