1“At thatהַהִיא֙ha.Hi'H1931timeבָּעֵ֤תba.'EtH6256,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, “I will beאֶֽהְיֶה֙'eh.YehH1961the Godלֵֽאלֹהִ֔יםle.lo.HimH430of allלְכֹ֖לle.KholH3605the familiesמִשְׁפְּח֣וֹתmish.pe.ChotH4940of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478,and theyוְהֵ֖מָּהve.He.mahH1992will beיִֽהְיוּ־yih.yu-H1961Mypeopleלְעָֽם׃ סle.'AmH5971.”
2This is whatכֹּ֚הkohH3541the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “The peopleעַ֖ם'amH5971who survivedשְׂרִ֣ידֵיse.Ri.deiH8300the swordחָ֑רֶבCha.revH2719foundמָצָ֥אma.Tza'H4672favorחֵן֙chenH2580in the wildernessבַּמִּדְבָּ֔רba.mid.BarH4057when Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478wentהָל֥וֹךְha.LokhH1980to find restלְהַרְגִּיע֖וֹle.har.gi.'OH7280.”
3The LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068appearedנִרְאָ֣הnir.'AhH7200to usin the pastמֵרָח֕וֹקme.ra.ChokH7350, saying: “I have lovedאֲהַבְתִּ֔יךְ'a.hav.TikhH157you with an everlastingעוֹלָם֙o.LamH5769loveוְאַהֲבַ֤תve.'a.ha.VatH160;thereforeעַל־ כֵּ֖ן'al- kenH5921H3651I have drawn youמְשַׁכְתִּ֥יךְme.shakh.TikhH4900with loving devotionחָֽסֶד׃Cha.sedH2617.
