7Howכִּ֥י גָד֛וֹלki ga.DolH3588H1419awfulה֗וֹיHoH1945thatהַה֖וּאha.Hu'H1931day will beהַיּ֥וֹםhai.YomH3117!None will beמֵאַ֣יִןme.'A.yinH369like itכָּמֹ֑הוּka.Mo.huH3644!It isהִיא֙hi'H1931the timeוְעֵֽת־ve.'EtH6256of Jacob’sלְיַֽעֲקֹ֔בle.ya.'a.KoH3290distressצָרָ֥הtza.RahH6869,but he will be savedיִוָּשֵֽׁעַ׃yi.va.She.a'H3467out of itוּמִמֶּ֖נָּהu.mi.Me.nahH4480.
8וְהָיָה֩ve.ha.YahH1961On thatהַה֜וּאha.Hu'H1931dayבַיּ֨וֹםvai.YomH3117,declaresנְאֻ֣ם׀ne.'UmH5002the LORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of Hostsצְבָא֗וֹתtze.va.'otH6635,I will breakאֶשְׁבֹּ֤ר'esh.BorH7665the yokeעֻלּוֹ֙u.LoH5923offמֵעַ֣לme.'AlH5921their necksצַוָּארֶ֔ךָtza.va.Re.khaH6677and tear offאֲנַתֵּ֑ק'a.na.TekH5423their bondsוּמוֹסְרוֹתֶ֖יךָu.mos.ro.Tei.khaH4147,and noוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808longerע֖וֹדodH5750will strangersזָרִֽים׃za.RimH2114enslaveיַעַבְדוּ־ya.'av.du-H5647them.
10As for youוְאַתָּ֡הve.'a.TahH859,O Jacobיַעֲקֹ֤בya.'a.KoH3290My servantעַבְדִּ֨י'av.DiH5650,do notאַל־'al-H408be afraidתִּירָא֩ti.Ra'H3372,declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהֹוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,and do notוְאַל־ve.'al-H408be dismayedתֵּחַ֣תte.ChatH2865,O Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478.Forכִּ֠יkiH3588I will surely save youהִנְנִ֤י מוֹשִֽׁיעֲךָ֙hi.Ni mo.shi.'a.KhaH2005H3467out of a distant placeמֵֽרָח֔וֹקme.ra.ChokH7350וְאֶֽת־ve.'EtH853,your descendantsזַרְעֲךָ֖zar.'a.KhaH2233from the landמֵאֶ֣רֶץme.'E.retzH776of their captivityשִׁבְיָ֑םshiv.YamH7628!Jacobיַעֲקֹ֛בya.'a.KoH3290will returnוְשָׁ֧בve.ShavH7725to quietוְשָׁקַ֥טve.sha.KatH8252and easeוְשַׁאֲנַ֖ןve.sha.'a.NanH7599,with no oneוְאֵ֥יןve.'EinH369to make him afraidמַחֲרִֽיד׃ma.cha.RidH2729.
11Forכִּֽי־ki-H3588Iאֲנִ֛י'a.NiH589amwith youאִתְּךָ֥'i.te.KhaH854to save youלְהֽוֹשִׁיעֶ֑ךָle.ho.shi.'E.khaH3467,declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068.Thoughכִּי֩kiH3588I will completelyאֶעֱשֶׂ֨ה'e.'e.SehH6213destroyכָלָ֜הkha.LahH3617allבְּכָֽל־be.kholH3605the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֣ם׀ha.go.YimH1471to whichאֲשֶׁ֧ר'a.SherH834I have scattered youהֲפִצוֹתִ֣יךָ שָּׁ֗םha.fi.tzo.Ti.kha ShamH6327H8033אַ֤ךְ'akhH389אֹֽתְךָ֙'o.te.KhaH853,I will notלֹֽא־lo'-H3808completely destroy youאֶעֱשֶׂ֣ה כָלָ֔ה'e.'e.Seh kha.LahH6213H3617.Yet I will discipline youוְיִסַּרְתִּ֙יךָ֙ve.yi.sar.Ti.khaH3256justlyלַמִּשְׁפָּ֔טla.mish.PatH4941,and will by no meansלֹ֥אlo'H3808leave you unpunishedH5352.”
