18This is whatכֹּ֣ה׀kohH3541the LORDיְהוָ֗ה הִנְנִי־Yah.weh hi.ni-H3068 H2005saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “I will restoreשָׁב֙shavH7725the fortunes ofשְׁבוּת֙she.VutH7622Jacob’sיַֽעֲק֔וֹבya.'a.KovH3290tentsאָהֳלֵ֣י'o.ho.LeiH168and have compassionאֲרַחֵ֑ם'a.ra.ChemH7355on his dwellingsוּמִשְׁכְּנֹתָ֖יוu.mish.ke.no.TavH4908.And the cityעִיר֙'irH5892will be rebuiltוְנִבְנְתָ֥הve.niv.ne.TahH1129on herעַל־'al-H5921own ruinsתִּלָּ֔הּti.LahH8510,and the palaceוְאַרְמ֖וֹןve.'ar.MonH759will standיֵשֵֽׁב׃ye.ShevH3427inעַל־'al-H5921its rightful placeמִשְׁפָּט֥וֹmish.pa.ToH4941.

19Thanksgivingתּוֹדָ֖הto.DahH8426will proceedוְיָצָ֥אve.ya.Tza'H3318from them,a soundוְק֣וֹלve.KolH6963of celebrationמְשַׂחֲקִ֑יםme.sa.cha.KimH7832.I will multiply themוְהִרְבִּתִים֙ve.hir.bi.TimH7235,and they will notוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808be decreasedיִמְעָ֔טוּyim.'A.tuH4591;I will honor themוְהִכְבַּדְתִּ֖יםve.hikh.bad.TimH3513,and they will notוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808be belittledיִצְעָֽרוּ׃yitz.'A.ruH6819.

20Their childrenבָנָיו֙va.NavH1121will beוְהָי֤וּve.ha.YuH1961as in days of oldכְּקֶ֔דֶםke.Ke.demH6924,and their congregationוַעֲדָת֖וֹva.'a.da.ToH5712will be establishedתִּכּ֑וֹןti.KonH3559before Meלְפָנַ֣יle.fa.NaiH6440;and I will punishוּפָ֣קַדְתִּ֔י עַ֖לu.Fa.kad.Ti 'alH6485 H5921allכָּל־kol-H3605their oppressorsלֹחֲצָֽיו׃lo.cha.TzavH3905.

21Their leaderאַדִּיר֜וֹ'a.di.RoH117will beוְהָיָ֨הve.ha.YahH1961one of their ownמִמֶּ֗נּוּmi.Me.nuH4480,and their rulerוּמֹֽשְׁלוֹ֙u.mo.she.LoH4910will ariseיֵצֵ֔אye.Tze'H3318from their midstמִקִּרְבּ֣וֹmi.kir.BoH7130.And I will bring him nearוְהִקְרַבְתִּ֖יוve.hik.rav.TivH7126,and he will approachוְנִגַּ֣שׁve.ni.GashH5066Meאֵלָ֑י'e.LaiH413,forכִּי֩kiH3588whoמִ֨י הוּא־ זֶ֜הmi hu'- zehH4310 H1931 H2088would dareעָרַ֧ב'a.RavH6148אֶת־'et-H853on his ownלִבּ֛וֹli.BoH3820to approachלָגֶ֥שֶׁתla.Ge.shetH5066Meאֵלַ֖י'e.LaiH413?”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.
