12Therefore you are to tellוְאָמַרְתָּ֨ve.'a.mar.TaH559themהַזֶּ֗ה סha.ZehH2088thatאֲלֵיהֶ֜ם'a.lei.HemH413אֶת־'et-H853הַדָּבָ֣רha.da.VarH1697this is whatכֹּֽה־koh-H3541the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,saysאָמַ֤ר'a.MarH559: ‘Everyכָּל־kol-H3605wineskinנֵ֖בֶלNe.velH5035shall be filledיִמָּ֣לֵאyi.Ma.le'H4390with wineיָ֑יִןYa.yinH3196.’And when they replyוְאָמְר֣וּve.'a.me.RuH559אֵלֶ֔יךָ'e.Lei.khaH413, ‘Don’t weלֹ֣אlo'H3808surelyהֲיָדֹ֙עַ֙ha.ya.Do.a'H3045knowנֵדַ֔עne.Da'H3045thatכִּ֥יkiH3588everyכָל־khol-H3605wineskinנֵ֖בֶלNe.velH5035should be filledיִמָּ֥לֵאyi.Ma.le'H4390with wineיָֽיִן׃Ya.yinH3196?’

14I will smash themוְנִפַּצְתִּים֩ve.ni.patz.TimH5310againstאֶל־'el-H413oneאִ֨ישׁ'ishH376anotherאָחִ֜יו'a.ChivH251,fathersוְהָאָב֧וֹתve.ha.'a.VotH1and sonsוְהַבָּנִ֛יםve.ha.ba.NimH1121alikeיַחְדָּ֖וyach.DavH3162,declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068.I will allow noלֹֽא־lo'-H3808mercyאֶחְמ֧וֹל'ech.MolH2550orוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808pityאָח֛וּס'a.ChusH2347orוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808compassionאֲרַחֵ֖ם'a.ra.ChemH7355to keep Me from destroying themמֵהַשְׁחִיתָֽם׃ סme.hash.chi.TamH7843.’”

15Listenשִׁמְע֥וּshim.'UH8085and give heedוְהַאֲזִ֖ינוּve.ha.'a.Zi.nuH238.Do notאַל־'al-H408be arrogantתִּגְבָּ֑הוּtig.Ba.huH1361,forכִּ֥יkiH3588the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068has spokenדִּבֵּֽר׃di.BerH1696.

16Giveתְּנוּ֩te.NuH5414gloryכָּבוֹד֙ka.VodH3519to the LORDלַיהוָ֨הla.Yah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֵיכֶ֤ם'e.lo.hei.KhemH430beforeבְּטֶ֣רֶםbe.Te.remH2962He brings darknessיַחְשִׁ֔ךְyach.ShikhH2821,beforeוּבְטֶ֛רֶםu.ve.Te.remH2962your feetרַגְלֵיכֶ֖םrag.lei.KhemH7272stumbleיִֽתְנַגְּפ֥וּyit.na.ge.FuH5062onעַל־'al-H5921the duskyנָ֑שֶׁףNa.shefH5399mountainsהָ֣רֵיHa.reiH2022.You waitוְקִוִּיתֶ֤םve.ki.vi.TemH6960for lightלְאוֹר֙le.'OrH216,but He turns itוְשָׂמָ֣הּve.sa.MahH7760into deep gloomלְצַלְמָ֔וֶתle.tzal.Ma.vetH6757andוְשִׁ֖יתve.ya.shitH7896thick darknessלַעֲרָפֶֽל׃la.'a.ra.FelH6205.

17But ifוְאִם֙ve.'ImH518you do notלֹ֣אlo'H3808listenתִשְׁמָע֔וּהָtish.ma.'U.haH8085,Iנַפְשִׁ֖יnaf.ShiH5315will weepתִּבְכֶּֽה־tiv.keh-H1058in secretבְּמִסְתָּרִ֥יםbe.mis.ta.RimH4565because ofמִפְּנֵ֣יmi.pe.NeiH6440your prideגֵוָ֑הge.VahH1466 H1830.My eyesעֵינִי֙'ei.NiH5869will overflowוְתֵרַ֤דve.te.RadH3381with tearsדִּמְעָ֔הdim.'AhH1832,becauseכִּ֥יkiH3588the LORD’sיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068flockעֵ֥דֶר'E.derH5739has been taken captiveנִשְׁבָּ֖הnish.BahH7617.
