2“Listenשִׁמְע֕וּshim.'UH8085אֶת־'et-H853to the wordsדִּבְרֵ֖יdiv.ReiH1697of thisהַזֹּ֑אתha.ZotH2063covenantהַבְּרִ֣יתha.be.RitH1285and tell themוְדִבַּרְתָּם֙ve.di.bar.TamH1696toאֶל־'el-H413the menאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376of Judahיְהוּדָ֔ה וְעַל־ye.hu.Dah ve.'al-H3063 H5921and the residentsיֹשְׁבֵ֖יyo.she.VeiH3427of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ye.ru.sha.LimH3389.

3You must tell them thatוְאָמַרְתָּ֣ אֲלֵיהֶ֔םve.'a.mar.Ta 'a.lei.HemH559 H413this is whatכֹּֽה־koh-H3541the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478,saysאָמַ֥ר'a.MarH559:Cursed isאָר֣וּר'a.RurH779the manהָאִ֔ישׁha.'IshH376whoאֲשֶׁר֙'a.SherH834does notלֹ֣אlo'H3808obeyיִשְׁמַ֔עyish.Ma'H8085אֶת־'et-H853the wordsדִּבְרֵ֖יdiv.ReiH1697of thisהַזֹּֽאת׃ha.ZotH2063covenantהַבְּרִ֥יתha.be.RitH1285,
