2Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478cries outיִזְעָ֑קוּyiz.'A.kuH2199to Me, “O our Godאֱלֹהַ֥י'e.lo.HaiH430,we know Youיְֽדַעֲנ֖וּךָye.da.'a.Nu.khaH3045!”

3ButIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478has rejectedזָנַ֥חza.NachH2186goodט֑וֹבTovH2896;an enemyאוֹיֵ֖ב'o.YevH341will pursue himיִרְדְּֽפוֹ׃yir.De.fovH7291.

4Theyהֵ֤םhemH1992set up kingsהִמְלִיכוּ֙him.li.KhuH4427,but notוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808by Meמִמֶּ֔נִּיmi.Me.niH4480.They make princesהֵשִׂ֖ירוּhe.Si.ruH7786,but withoutוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808My approvalיָדָ֑עְתִּיya.Da.'e.tiH3045.With their silverכַּסְפָּ֣םkas.PamH3701and goldוּזְהָבָ֗םu.ze.ha.VamH2091they makeעָשׂ֤וּ'a.SuH6213themselvesidolsעֲצַבִּ֔ים'a.tza.BimH6091,toלְמַ֖עַןle.Ma.'anH4616their own destructionיִכָּרֵֽת׃yi.ka.RetH3772.
