9You are destroyedשִֽׁחֶתְךָ֥shi.chet.KhaH7843,O Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478,because you areכִּֽי־ki-H3588against Me—against your helperבְעֶזְרֶֽךָ׃ve.'ez.Re.khaH5828.

10Where isאֱהִ֤י'e.HiH165your kingמַלְכְּךָ֙mal.ke.KhaH4428nowאֵפ֔וֹא'e.Fo'H645to save youוְיוֹשִֽׁיעֲךָ֖ve.yo.shi.'a.KhaH3467in allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605your citiesעָרֶ֑יךָ'a.Rei.khaH5892,and the rulersוְשֹׁ֣פְטֶ֔יךָve.Sho.fe.Tei.khaH8199to whomאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834you saidאָמַ֔רְתָּ'a.Mar.taH559, “Giveתְּנָה־te.nah-H5414mea kingמֶ֥לֶךְMe.lekhH4428and princesוְשָׂרִֽים׃ve.sa.RimH8269”?

11So in My angerבְּאַפִּ֔יbe.'a.PiH639I gaveאֶֽתֶּן־'e.ten-H5414youa kingמֶ֙לֶךְ֙Me.lekhH4428,and in My wrathבְּעֶבְרָתִֽי׃ סbe.'ev.ra.TiH5678I took him awayוְאֶקַּ֖חve.'e.KachH3947.

12The iniquityעֲוֹ֣ן'a.VonH5771of Ephraimאֶפְרָ֔יִם'ef.Ra.yimH669isbound upצָרוּר֙tza.RurH6887;his sinחַטָּאתֽוֹ׃cha.ta.ToH2403isstored upצְפוּנָ֖הtze.fu.NahH6845.
