8Surelyהִנֵּ֞הhi.NehH2009the eyesעֵינֵ֣י׀'ei.NeiH5869of the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODיְהוִ֗הYah.wehH3069are on the sinfulהַֽחַטָּאָ֔הha.cha.ta.'AhH2400kingdomבַּמַּמְלָכָה֙ba.mam.la.KhahH4467,and I will destroyH8045itאֹתָ֔הּ'o.TahH853fromמֵעַ֖לme.'AlH5921the faceפְּנֵ֣יpe.NeiH6440of the earthהָאֲדָמָ֑הha.'a.da.MahH127אֶ֗פֶס'E.fesH657.Yetכִּ֠יkiH3588I will notלֹ֣אlo'H3808utterly destroyH8045אֶת־'et-H853the houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004of Jacobיַעֲקֹ֖בya.'a.KoH3290,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

9“Forכִּֽי־ki-H3588surelyהִנֵּ֤הhi.NehH2009Iאָֽנֹכִי֙'a.no.KhiH595will give the commandמְצַוֶּ֔הme.tza.VehH6680,and I will shakeוַהֲנִע֥וֹתִיva.ha.ni.'o.tiH5128the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478among allבְכָֽל־ve.khal-H3605the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֖םha.go.YimH1471אֶת־'et-H853asכַּאֲשֶׁ֤רka.'a.SherH834grainis siftedיִנּ֙וֹעַ֙yi.No.a'H5128in a sieveבַּכְּבָרָ֔הba.ke.va.RahH3531;but notוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808a pebbleצְר֖וֹרtze.RorH6872will reachיִפּ֥וֹלyi.PolH5307the groundאָֽרֶץ׃'A.retzH776.

10Allכֹּ֖לkolH3605the sinnersחַטָּאֵ֣יcha.ta.'EiH2400among My peopleעַמִּ֑י'a.MiH5971will dieיָמ֔וּתוּya.Mu.tuH4191by the swordבַּחֶ֣רֶבba.Che.revH2719—all those who sayהָאֹמְרִ֗יםha.'o.me.RimH559, ‘Disasterהָרָעָֽה׃ha.ra.'AhH7451will neverלֹֽא־lo'-H3808draw nearתַגִּ֧ישׁta.GishH5066or confrontוְתַקְדִּ֛יםve.tak.DimH6923usבַּעֲדֵ֖ינוּba.'a.Dei.nuH1157.’”

11“In thatהַה֔וּאha.Hu'H1931dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117I will restoreאָקִ֛ים'a.KimH6965אֶת־'et-H853the fallenהַנֹּפֶ֑לֶתha.no.Fe.letH5307tentסֻכַּ֥תsu.KatH5521of Davidדָּוִ֖ידda.VidH1732.I will repairוְגָדַרְתִּ֣יve.ga.dar.TiH1443אֶת־'et-H853its gapsפִּרְצֵיהֶ֗ןpir.tzei.HenH6556,restoreאָקִ֔ים'a.KimH6965its ruinsוַהֲרִֽסֹתָיו֙va.ha.ri.so.TavH2034,and rebuildוּבְנִיתִ֖יהָu.ve.ni.Ti.haH1129it as in the daysכִּימֵ֥יki.MeiH3117of oldעוֹלָֽם׃o.LamH5769,

12thatלְמַ֨עַןle.Ma.'anH4616they may possessיִֽירְשׁ֜וּyi.re.ShuH3423אֶת־'et-H853the remnantשְׁאֵרִ֤יתshe.'e.RitH7611of Edomאֱדוֹם֙'e.dOmH123and allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֔םha.go.YimH1471thatאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834bearנִקְרָ֥אnik.Ra'H7121My nameשְׁמִ֖י עֲלֵיהֶ֑םshe.Mi 'a.lei.HemH8034 H5921,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068,who will doעֹ֥שֶׂה'O.sehH6213thisזֹּֽאת׃ פZotH2063.

13“Beholdהִנֵּ֨הhi.NehH2009,the daysיָמִ֤יםya.MimH3117are comingבָּאִים֙ba.'ImH935,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, “when the plowmanחוֹרֵשׁ֙cho.ReshH2790will overtakeוְנִגַּ֤שׁve.ni.GashH5066the reaperבַּקֹּצֵ֔רba.ko.TzerH7114and the treaderוְדֹרֵ֥ךְve.do.RekhH1869of grapesעֲנָבִ֖ים'a.na.VimH6025,the sowerבְּמֹשֵׁ֣ךְbe.mo.ShekhH4900of seedהַזָּ֑רַעha.Za.ra'H2233.The mountainsהֶֽהָרִים֙he.ha.RimH2022will dripוְהִטִּ֤יפוּve.hi.Ti.fuH5197with sweet wineעָסִ֔יס'a.SisH6071,with which allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605the hillsהַגְּבָע֖וֹתha.ge.va.'otH1389will flowתִּתְמוֹגַֽגְנָה׃tit.mo.Gag.nahH4127.

14I will restoreוְשַׁבְתִּי֮ve.shav.TiH7725אֶת־'et-H853My peopleעַמִּ֣י'a.MiH5971Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֒Yis.ra.'ElH3478from captivityשְׁב֣וּתshe.VutH7622;they will rebuildוּבָנ֞וּu.va.NuH1129and inhabitוְיָשָׁ֔בוּve.ya.Sha.vuH3427the ruinedנְשַׁמּוֹת֙ne.sha.mOtH8074citiesעָרִ֤ים'a.RimH5892.They will plantוְנָטְע֣וּve.na.te.'UH5193vineyardsכְרָמִ֔יםkhe.ra.MimH3754and drinkוְשָׁת֖וּve.sha.TuH8354אֶת־'et-H853their wineיֵינָ֑םyei.NamH3196;they will makeוְעָשׂ֣וּve.'a.SuH6213gardensגַנּ֔וֹתga.NotH1593and eatוְאָכְל֖וּve.'a.khe.LuH398אֶת־'et-H853their fruitפְּרִיהֶֽם׃pe.ri.HemH6529.
