18So Asaאָ֠סָא'A.sa'H609אֶת־'et-H853withdrewוַיִּקַּ֣חvai.yi.KachH3947allכָּל־kol-H3605the silverהַכֶּ֨סֶףha.Ke.sefH3701and goldוְהַזָּהָ֜בve.ha.za.HavH2091that remainedהַֽנּוֹתָרִ֣ים׀ha.no.ta.RimH3498in the treasuriesבְּאוֹצְר֣וֹתbe.'otz.RotH214of the houseבֵּית־beit-H1004of the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068andוְאֶת־ve.'EtH853אֽוֹצְרוֹת֙'otz.rOtH214the royalהַמֶּ֔לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428palaceבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004.He entrusted itוַֽיִּתְּנֵ֖ם בְּיַד־vai.yi.te.Nem be.yad-H5414 H3027to his servantsעֲבָדָ֑יו'a.va.DavH5650הַמֶּ֣לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428אָסָ֗א'a.Sa'H609and sent themוַיִּשְׁלָחֵ֞םvai.yish.la.ChemH7971with this messageלֵאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559toאֶל־'el-H413Ben-hadadH1130sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Tabrimmonטַבְרִמֹּ֤ןtav.ri.MonH2886,the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Hezionחֶזְיוֹן֙chez.yOnH2383,the kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Aramאֲרָ֔ם'a.RamH758,who was rulingהַיֹּשֵׁ֥בhai.yo.ShevH3427in Damascusבְּדַמֶּ֖שֶׂקbe.da.Me.sekH1834:

21Whenוַֽיְהִי֙vay.HiH1961Baashaבַּעְשָׁ֔אba'.Sha'H1201learned of thisכִּשְׁמֹ֣עַkish.Mo.a'H8085,he stoppedוַיֶּחְדַּ֕לvai.yech.DalH2308fortifyingמִבְּנ֖וֹתmi.be.NotH1129אֶת־'et-H853Ramahהָֽרָמָ֑הha.ra.MahH7414and withdrewוַיֵּ֖שֶׁבvai.Ye.shevH3427to Tirzahבְּתִרְצָֽה׃be.tir.TzahH8656.

22Then Kingוְהַמֶּ֨לֶךְve.ha.Me.lekhH4428Asaאָסָ֜א'a.Sa'H609summonedהִשְׁמִ֤יעַhish.Mi.a'H8085אֶת־'et-H853allכָּל־kol-H3605the menof Judahיְהוּדָה֙ye.hu.DahH3063,with noאֵ֣ין'einH369exceptionsנָקִ֔יna.KiH5355,and they carried awayוַיִּשְׂא֞וּvai.yis.'UH5375אֶת־'et-H853the stonesאַבְנֵ֤י'av.NeiH68of Ramahהָֽרָמָה֙ha.ra.MahH7414וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853and the timbersעֵצֶ֔יהָ'e.Tzei.haH6086אֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834Baashaבַּעְשָׁ֑אba'.Sha'H1201had used for buildingבָּנָ֖הba.NahH1129.
