Micah 1:9-16
9For her woundsH4347 are incurableH605; for it is comeH935 even unto JudahH3063; it reacheth unto the gateH8179 of my peopleH5971, even to JerusalemH3389. 10TellH5046 it not in GathH1661, weepH1058 not at all: at Beth-le-aphrah have I rolled myself in the dustH6083. 11PassH5674 awayH3947, O inhabitantH3427 of Shaphir, in nakedness and shameH1322: the inhabitantH3427 of Zaanan is not comeH3318 forthH3318; the wailing of Beth-ezel shall takeH3947 from you the stay thereof. 12For the inhabitantH3427 of Maroth waiteth anxiously for goodH2896, because evilH7451 is comeH3381 down from Jehovah unto the gateH8179 of JerusalemH3389. 13Bind the chariotH4818 to the swift steed, O inhabitantH3427 of LachishH3923: she was the beginning of sinH2403 to the daughterH1323 of ZionH6726; for the transgressionsH6588 of IsraelH3478 were foundH4672 in thee. 14ThereforeH3651 shalt thou giveH5414 a parting gift to Moresheth-gath: the housesH1004 of Achzib shall be a deceitful thing unto the kingsH4428 of IsraelH3478. 15I will yetH5750 bringH935 unto thee, O inhabitantH3427 of MareshahH4762, him that shall possessH3423 thee: the gloryH3519 of IsraelH3478 shall comeH935 even unto AdullamH5725. 16MakeH7139 thee bald, and cutH1494 off thy hair for the children of thy delightH8588: enlargeH7337 thy baldnessH7144 as the eagleH5404; for they are gone into captivity from thee.
