8He bindeth up the watersH4325 in his thick cloudsH5645;And the cloudH6051 is not rent under them.9He incloseth the faceH6440 of his throneH3678,And spreadeth his cloudH6051 upon it.10He hath described a boundaryH2706 upon the faceH6440 of the watersH4325,Unto the confines of lightH216 and darknessH2822.11The pillarsH5982 of heavenH8064 tremble And are astonishedH8539 at his rebukeH1606.
