Ecclesiastes 3:9-15
9What profitH3504 hath he that worketh in that wherein he laboreth? 10I have seenH7200 the travail which GodH430 hath givenH5414 to the sonsH1121 of menH120 to be exercised therewith. 11He hath madeH6213 everythingH3605 beautifulH3303 in its timeH6256: alsoH1571 he hath setH5414 eternity in their heartH3820, yet so that manH120 cannot findH4672 out the workH4639 that GodH430 hath done from the beginning even to the endH5490. 12I knowH3045 that there is nothingH369 betterH2896 for them, than to rejoiceH8055, and to do goodH2896 so long as they live. 13And alsoH1571 that every manH120 should eatH398 and drinkH8354, and enjoy goodH2896 in all his laborH5999, is the giftH4991 of GodH430. 14I knowH3045 that, whatsoever GodH430 doeth, it shall beH1961 for everH5769: nothingH369 can beH1961 put to it, nor anything taken from it; and GodH430 hath done it, that men should fearH3372 before him. 15That which is hath beenH1961 long ago; and that which is to beH1961 hath long ago beenH1961: and GodH430 seeketh again that which is passed away.
