Daniel 5:22-29
22And thou his sonH1247, O BelshazzarH1113, hast not humbled thy heartH3825, though thou knewest all this, 23but hast liftedH7313 up thyself against the LordH4756 of heavenH8065; and they have broughtH858 the vesselsH3984 of his houseH1005 before thee, and thou and thy lords, thy wives and thy concubines, have drunk wineH2562 from them; and thou hast praised the godsH426 of silverH3702 and goldH1722, of brass, ironH6523, wood, and stoneH69, which seeH2370 not, nor hearH8086, nor knowH3046; and the GodH426 in whose handH3028 thy breath is, and whose are all thy waysH735, hast thou not glorified. 24ThenH116 was the part of the handH3028 sent from before him, and this writing was inscribed.
25And this is the writing that was inscribed: MENEH4484, MENEH4484, TEKEL, UPHARSIN. 26This is the interpretationH6591 of the thing: MENEH4484; GodH426 hath numbered thy kingdomH4437, and brought it to an end. 27TEKEL; thou art weighed in the balances, and art foundH7912 wanting. 28PERES; thy kingdomH4437 is divided, and given to the MedesH4076 and PersiansH6540.
29ThenH116 commanded BelshazzarH1113, and they clothed DanielH1841 with purple, and put a chain of goldH1722 about his neckH6676, and made proclamation concerningH5922 him, that he should be the thirdH8531 ruler in the kingdomH4437.
