Amos 2:9-11
9Yet destroyedH8045 I the AmoriteH567 before them, whose heightH1363 was like the heightH1363 of the cedarsH730, and he was strongH2634 as the oaksH437; yet I destroyedH8045 his fruitH6529 from above, and his rootsH8328 from beneath. 10Also I broughtH5927 you up out of the landH776 of EgyptH4714, and led you fortyH705 yearsH8141 in the wildernessH4057, to possessH3423 the landH776 of the AmoriteH567. 11And I raisedH6965 up of your sonsH1121 for prophetsH5030, and of your youngH1121 menH970 for NaziritesH5139. Is it not evenH637 thus, O ye children of IsraelH3478? saith Jehovah.
