Revised Version 1895
Jeremiah 9:7-9
7Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, Behold, I will melt them, and try them; for howH7965 elseH7453 should I do, because of the daughter of my peopleH1696?
8Their tongue is a deadlyH5315 arrow; it speaketh deceit: one speaketh peaceably to his neighbour with his mouthH5315, but in his heartH5315 he layeth wait for him.
9Shall I notH3808 visit them for these things? saith the LORD: shall notH3808 my soul be avenged on suchH3808 a nation as this?
