Revised Version 1895
Samuel 20:4-9
Then saidH559 JonathanH3083 unto DavidH1732, Whatsoever thy soulH5315 desireth, I will evenH6213 doH6213 it for thee.
And DavidH1732 saidH559 unto JonathanH3083, BeholdH2009, tomorrowH4279 is the newH2320 moonH2320, and I should notH1732 fail to sitH3427 with the kingH4428 at meat: but letH7971 meH413 goH7971, that I may hideH5641 myselfH595 in the fieldH7704 unto the thirdH7992 dayH2320 at evenH5704.
IfH518 thy fatherH1 missH6485 meH4480 at allH3605, then sayH559, DavidH1732 earnestlyH7592 askedH7592 leaveH4480 of meH4480 that he might runH7323 to Beth-lehem his cityH5892: for it is the yearlyH3117 sacrificeH2077 there for allH3605 the familyH4940.
IfH518 he sayH559 thusH3541, It is wellH7965; thy servantH5650 shall have peaceH7965: but ifH518 he be wroth, then knowH3045 that evilH7451 is determinedH3615 by him.
Therefore dealH6213 kindly with thy servantH5650; for thou hast broughtH935 thy servantH5650 intoH935 a covenantH1285 of the LORDH3068 with thee: but ifH518 there be in meH5921 iniquityH5771, slayH4191 meH5921 thyself; for whyH4100 shouldest thou bringH935 meH5921 to thy fatherH1?
And JonathanH3083 saidH559, FarH2486 be it from thee: for ifH518 I should at allH3045 knowH3045 that evilH7451 were determinedH3615 by my fatherH1 to comeH935 uponH5921 thee, then would notH3808 I tellH5046 it thee?
