12But hestoodוַיִּתְיַצֵּ֤בvai.yit.ya.TzevH3320in themidstבְּתוֹךְ־be.tokh-H8432of theplotהַֽחֶלְקָה֙ha.chel.KahH2513, anddefendedוַיַּצִּילֶ֔הָvai.ya.tzi.Le.haH5337it, andslewוַיַּ֖ךְvai.YakhH5221thePhilistinesפְּלִשְׁתִּ֑יםpe.lish.TimH6430: and theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068wrought agreatגְדוֹלָֽה׃ סge.do.LahH1419victoryתְּשׁוּעָ֥הte.shu.'AhH8668.

14AndDavidוְדָוִ֖דve.da.VidH1732was then in the hold, and thegarrisonוּמַצַּ֣בu.ma.TzavH4673of thePhilistinesפְּלִשְׁתִּ֔יםpe.lish.TimH6430was then in Beth-lehem.

15AndDavidדָוִ֖דda.VidH1732longedוַיִּתְאַוֶּ֥הvai.yit.'a.VehH183andsaidוַיֹּאמַ֑רvai.yo.MarH559,Ohמִ֚יmiH4310that one wouldgiveיַשְׁקֵ֣נִיyash.Ke.niH8248meH8248waterמַ֔יִםMa.yimH4325todrinkH8248of thewellמִבֹּ֥ארmi.BorH877of Beth-lehemwhichאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834is by thegateבַּשָּֽׁעַר׃ba.Sha.'arH8179!
