13And when thou hast seenוְרָאִ֣יתָהve.ra.'I.tahH7200it, thou also shalt be gatheredוְנֶאֱסַפְתָּ֥ve.ne.'e.saf.TaH622unto thy peopleעַמֶּ֖יךָ'a.Mei.khaH5971,as Aaronאַהֲרֹ֥ן'a.ha.RonH175thy brotherאָחִֽיךָ׃'a.Chi.khaH251was gatheredנֶאֱסַ֖ףne.'e.SafH622.

14For ye rebelledמְרִיתֶ֨םme.ri.TemH4784against my commandmentפִּ֜יpiH6310in the desertבְּמִדְבַּר־be.mid.bar-H4057of Zinצִ֗ןTzinH6790,in the strifeבִּמְרִיבַת֙bim.ri.VatH4808of the congregationהָֽעֵדָ֔הha.'e.DahH5712,to sanctifyלְהַקְדִּישֵׁ֥נִיle.hak.di.She.niH6942me at the waterבַמַּ֖יִםva.Ma.yimH4325before their eyesלְעֵינֵיהֶ֑םle.'ei.nei.HemH5869: that isthe waterמֵֽי־mei-H4325of Meribahמְרִיבַ֥תme.ri.VatH4809in Kadeshקָדֵ֖שׁka.DeshH6946in the wildernessמִדְבַּר־mid.bar-H4057of Zinצִֽן׃ פTzinH6790.

16Let Yhwhיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֥י'e.lo.HeiH430of the spiritsהָרוּחֹ֖תha.ru.ChotH7307of all fleshבָּשָׂ֑רba.SarH1320,setיִפְקֹ֣דyif.KodH6485a manאִ֖ישׁ'ishH376over the congregationהָעֵדָֽה׃ha.'e.DahH5712,

17Which may go outיֵצֵ֣אye.Tze'H3318beforeלִפְנֵיהֶ֗םlif.nei.HemH6440them, and which may go inיָבֹא֙ya.Vo'H935beforeלִפְנֵיהֶ֔םlif.nei.HemH6440them, and which may lead them outיוֹצִיאֵ֖םyo.tzi.'EmH3318,and which may bring them inיְבִיאֵ֑םye.vi.'EmH935;that the congregationעֲדַ֣ת'a.DatH5712of Yhwhיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068be not as sheepכַּצֹּ֕אןka.TzonH6629which have no shepherdרֹעֶֽה׃ro.'EhH7462.

18And Yhwhיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֗הmo.ShehH4872,Takeקַח־kach-H3947thee Joshuaיְהוֹשֻׁ֣עַye.ho.Shu.a'H3091the sonבִּן־bin-H1121of Nunנ֔וּןNunH5126,a manאִ֖ישׁ'ishH376in whom isthe spiritר֣וּחַRu.achH7307,and layוְסָמַכְתָּ֥ve.sa.makh.TaH5564thine handיָדְךָ֖ya.de.KhaH3027upon him;

19And setוְהַֽעֲמַדְתָּ֣ve.ha.'a.mad.TaH5975him beforeלִפְנֵי֙lif.NeiH6440Eleazarאֶלְעָזָ֣ר'el.'a.ZarH499the priestהַכֹּהֵ֔ןha.ko.HenH3548,and beforeוְלִפְנֵ֖יve.lif.NeiH6440all the congregationהָעֵדָ֑הha.'e.DahH5712;and give him a chargeוְצִוִּיתָ֥הve.tzi.vi.TahH6680in their sightלְעֵינֵיהֶֽם׃le.'ei.nei.HemH5869.

20And thou shalt putוְנָתַתָּ֥הve.na.ta.TahH5414someof thine honourמֵהֽוֹדְךָ֖me.hod.KhaH1935upon him, that all the congregationעֲדַ֖ת'a.DatH5712of the childrenבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478may be obedientיִשְׁמְע֔וּyish.me.'UH8085.

21And he shall standיַעֲמֹ֔דya.'a.ModH5975beforeוְלִפְנֵ֨יve.lif.NeiH6440Eleazarאֶלְעָזָ֤ר'el.'a.ZarH499the priestהַכֹּהֵן֙ha.ko.HenH3548,who shall askוְשָׁ֥אַלve.Sha.'alH7592counselfor him after the judgmentבְּמִשְׁפַּ֥טbe.mish.PatH4941of Urimהָאוּרִ֖יםha.'u.RimH224beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440Yhwhיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068:at his wordפִּ֨יוpivH6310shall they go outיֵצְא֜וּye.tze.'UH3318,and at his wordפִּ֣יוpivH6310they shall come inיָבֹ֗אוּya.Vo.'uH935, bothhe, and all the childrenבְּנֵי־be.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֥לYis.ra.'ElH3478with him, even all the congregationהָעֵדָֽה׃ha.'e.DahH5712.
