33When thy peopleעַמְּךָ֧'a.me.KhaH5971Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֛לYis.ra.'ElH3478be smitten downבְּֽהִנָּגֵ֞ףbe.hi.na.GefH5062beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the enemyאוֹיֵ֖ב'o.YevH341,because they have sinnedיֶחֶטְאוּ־ye.chet.'u-H2398against thee, and shall turn againוְשָׁ֤בוּve.Sha.vuH7725to thee, and confessוְהוֹד֣וּve.ho.DuH3034thy nameשְׁמֶ֔ךָshe.Me.khaH8034,and prayוְהִֽתְפַּֽלְל֧וּve.hit.pa.LuH6419,and make supplicationוְהִֽתְחַנְּנ֛וּve.hit.cha.ne.NuH2603unto thee in this houseבַּבַּ֥יִתba.Ba.yitH1004:

35When heavenשָׁמַ֛יִםsha.Ma.yimH8064is shut upבְּהֵעָצֵ֥רbe.he.'a.TzerH6113,and there is no rainמָטָ֖רma.TarH4306,because they have sinnedיֶחֶטְאוּ־ye.chet.'u-H2398against thee; if they prayוְהִֽתְפַּֽלְל֞וּve.hit.pa.LuH6419toward this placeהַמָּק֤וֹםha.ma.KomH4725,and confessוְהוֹד֣וּve.ho.DuH3034thy nameשְׁמֶ֔ךָshe.Me.khaH8034,and turnיְשׁוּב֖וּןye.shu.VunH7725from their sinוּמֵחַטָּאתָ֥םu.me.cha.ta.TamH2403,when thou afflictestתַעֲנֵֽם׃ta.'a.NemH6031them:
