2 Samuel 6:8-17

8Then DavidH1732 becameH2734 angryH2734 becauseH5921H834 1of the Lord’sH3068 outburstH6555H6556 against UzzahH5798; and that placeH4725 has been calledH7121 2Perez-uzzahH6560 to thisH2088 dayH3117. 9So 3DavidH1732 wasH3372 afraidH3372 of the LordH3068 that dayH3117; and he saidH559, “HowH349 can the arkH727 of the LordH3068 comeH935 to me?” 10And DavidH1732 was unwillingH3808H14 to moveH5493 the arkH727 of the LordH3068 into the cityH5892 of DavidH1732 with him; but DavidH1732 tookH5186 it asideH5186 to the houseH1004 of 4Obed-edomH5654, the GittiteH1663. 11The arkH727 of the LordH3068 remainedH3427 in the houseH1004 of Obed-edomH5654 the GittiteH1663 for threeH7969 monthsH2320, and the LordH3068 5blessedH1288 Obed-edomH5654 and allH3605 his householdH1004.

12Now it was reportedH5046 to KingH4428 DavidH1732, sayingH559, “The LordH3068 has blessedH1288 the houseH1004 of Obed-edomH5654 and allH3605 that belongs to him, on accountH5668 of the arkH727 of GodH430.” 6So DavidH1732 wentH1980 and broughtH5927 the arkH727 of GodH430 upH5927 from the houseH1004 of Obed-edomH5654 to 7the cityH5892 of DavidH1732 with joyH8057. 13And so it was, that 8whenH3588 9those carryingH5375 the arkH727 of the LordH3068 marchedH6805 sixH8337 pacesH6806, he sacrificedH2076 an 10oxH7794 and a fattenedH4806 steerH4806. 14And 11DavidH1732 was dancingH3769 beforeH6440 the LordH3068 with allH3605 his strengthH5797, and DavidH1732 was 12wearingH2296 a linenH906 ephodH646. 15So DavidH1732 and allH3605 the houseH1004 of IsraelH3478 were bringingH5927 upH5927 the arkH727 of the LordH3068 with joyfulH8643 shoutingH8643 and the soundH6963 of the trumpetH7782.

16Then it happenedH1961, as the arkH727 of the LordH3068 was comingH935 into the cityH5892 of DavidH1732, that 13MichalH4324 the daughterH1323 of SaulH7586 lookedH8259 downH8259 throughH1157 the windowH2474 and sawH7200 KingH4428 DavidH1732 leapingH6339 and dancingH3769 beforeH6440 the LordH3068; and she wasH959 contemptuousH959 of him in her heartH3820.

17Now they broughtH935 inH935 the arkH727 of the LordH3068 and setH3322 it 14in its placeH4725 insideH8432 the tentH168 whichH834 DavidH1732 had pitchedH5186 for it; and 15DavidH1732 offeredH5927 burntH5930 offeringsH5930 and peaceH8002 offeringsH8002 beforeH6440 the LordH3068.
