Romans 14:14-18

I know and am convinced 1in the Lord Jesus that 2nothing is 3unclean in itself; but to the one who 4thinks something is 5unclean, to that person it is 6unclean.

For if because of food your brother or sister is hurt, you are no longer 7walking in accordance with love. 8Do not destroy with your choice of food that person for whom Christ died.

Therefore 9do not let what is for you a good thing be 10spoken of as evil;

for the kingdom of God 11is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and 12peace and 13joy in the Holy Spirit.

For the one who 14serves Christ in this way is 15acceptable to God and approved by other people.
