Romans 13:7-10
71Pay to all what is due them: 2tax to whom tax is due; 3custom to whom custom; 4respect to whom 5respect; honor to whom honor.
8Owe nothing to anyone except to love one another; for 6the one who loves 7his neighbor has fulfilled the Law. 9For this, “8You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, it is summed up in this saying, “9You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” 10Love 10does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore 11love is the fulfillment of the Law.
