10From beyondמֵעֵ֖בֶרme.'E.verH5676the riversלְנַֽהֲרֵי־le.na.ha.rei-H5104ofEthiopiaכ֑וּשׁKhushH3568My worshipersעֲתָרַי֙'a.ta.RaiH6282,My dispersedבַּת־ פוּצַ֔יbat- pu.TzaiH1323 H6327ones, Willbringיוֹבִל֖וּןyoi.LunH2986My offeringsמִנְחָתִֽי׃min.cha.TiH4503.

11On that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117you willfeelH954noלֹ֤אlo'H3808shameH954BecauseH4480of allמִכֹּ֣לmi.KolH3605your deedsעֲלִילֹתַ֔יִךְ'a.li.lo.Ta.yikhH5949By whichאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834you have rebelledפָּשַׁ֖עַתְּpa.Sha.'atH6586against Me;For thenאָ֣ז׀'azH227I will removeאָסִ֣יר'a.SirH5493from your midstמִקִּרְבֵּ֗ךְmi.kir.BekhH7130Yourproudגַּאֲוָתֵ֔ךְga.'a.va.TekhH1346,arrogantH5947onesעַלִּיזֵי֙'a.li.ZeiH5947,And you will neverוְלֹֽא־ ע֖וֹדve.lo'- odH3808 H5750againתוֹסִ֧פִיto.Si.fiH3254beH1361haughtyלְגָבְהָ֛הle.ga.ve.HahH1361On Myholyקָדְשִֽׁי׃kod.shiH6944mountainבְּהַ֥רbe.HarH2022.

12But I will leaveוְהִשְׁאַרְתִּ֣יve.hish.'ar.TiH7604amongבְקִרְבֵּ֔ךְve.kir.BekhH7130you Ahumbleעָנִ֖י'a.NiH6041and lowlyוָדָ֑לva.DalH1800peopleעַ֥ם'amH5971, And they willtakeוְחָס֖וּve.cha.SuH2620refugeH2620in the nameבְּשֵׁ֥םbe.ShemH8034of the Lordיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

13Theremnantשְׁאֵרִ֨יתshe.'e.RitH7611of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֜לYis.ra.'ElH3478willdoיַעֲשׂ֤וּya.'a.SuH6213noלֹֽא־lo'-H3808wrongH5767Andtellיְדַבְּר֣וּye.da.be.RuH1696noוְלֹא־ve.lo'-H3808liesכָזָ֔בkha.ZavH3577,Norוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808will a deceitfulתַּרְמִ֑יתtar.MitH8649tongueלְשׁ֣וֹןle.ShonH3956Be foundיִמָּצֵ֥אyi.ma.Tze'H4672in their mouthsבְּפִיהֶ֖םbe.fi.HemH6310; For they willfeedיִרְע֥וּyir.'UH7462and lieוְרָבְצ֖וּve.ra.ve.TzuH7257downH7257With noH369oneH369to frightenמַחֲרִֽיד׃ סma.cha.RidH2729them.”

14Shoutרָנִּי֙ra.NiH7442forH7442joyH7442,daughterבַּת־bat-H1323of Zionצִיּ֔וֹןtzi.YonH6726!Shoutהָרִ֖יעוּha.Ri.'uH7321in triumph,Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478!Rejoiceשִׂמְחִ֤יsim.ChiH8055and triumphוְעָלְזִי֙ve.'al.ZiH5937with allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605yourheartלֵ֔בLevH3820,Daughterבַּ֖תbatH1323of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ye.ru.sha.LimH3389!

15The Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068has takenH5493awayH5493Hisjudgmentsמִשְׁפָּטַ֔יִךְmish.pa.Ta.yikhH4941against you,He has clearedH6437awayפִּנָּ֖הpi.NahH6437your enemiesH340.The Kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל׀Yis.ra.'ElH3478,the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068, isin your midstבְּקִרְבֵּ֔ךְbe.kir.BekhH7130;You will noלֹא־lo'-H3808longerעֽוֹד׃odH5750fearתִֽירְאִ֥יtir.'IH3372disasterרָ֖עra'H7451.

16On that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117it will be saidיֵאָמֵ֥רye.'a.MerH559to Jerusalemלִירֽוּשָׁלִַ֖םli.ru.sha.LimH3389: “Do not beH3372afraidתִּירָ֑אִיti.Ra.'iH3372,Zionצִיּ֖וֹןtzi.YonH6726;Do not let your handsיָדָֽיִךְ׃ya.Da.yikhH3027fallH7503limpH7503.

17The Lordיְהוָ֧הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהַ֛יִךְ'e.lo.Ha.yikhH430isin your midstבְּקִרְבֵּ֖ךbe.kir.BekhH7130, Avictoriousיוֹשִׁ֑יעַyo.Shi.a'H3467warriorגִּבּ֣וֹרgi.BorH1368. He willrejoiceיָשִׂ֨ישׂya.SisH7797overעָלַ֜יִךְ'a.La.yikhH5921you with joyבְּשִׂמְחָ֗הbe.sim.ChahH8057, He willbeH2790quietH2790in His loveבְּאַ֣הֲבָת֔וֹbe.'A.ha.va.ToH160,He will rejoiceיָגִ֥ילya.GilH1523overעָלַ֖יִךְ'a.La.yikhH5921you with shoutsבְּרִנָּֽה׃be.ri.NahH7440ofH7440joyH7440.

18I will gatherאָסַ֖פְתִּי'a.Saf.tiH622those who areworriedנוּגֵ֧יnu.GeiH3013aboutמִמֵּ֣ךְmi.MekhH4480the appointedמִמּוֹעֵ֛דmi.mo.'EdH4150feastsH4150-- Theycameהָי֑וּha.YuH1961from you, Zion; Thedisgraceחֶרְפָּֽה׃cher.PahH2781of exileis a burdenמַשְׂאֵ֥תmas.'EtH4864on them.

19BeholdH2009,I am going to dealעֹשֶׂ֛ה'o.SehH6213at that timeבָּעֵ֣תba.'EtH6256With allכָּל־kol-H3605youroppressorsמְעַנַּ֖יִךְme.'a.Na.yikhH6031;I will saveוְהוֹשַׁעְתִּ֣יve.ho.sha'.TiH3467those who limpהַצֹּלֵעָ֗הha.tzo.le.'AhH6760And gatherאֲקַבֵּ֔ץ'a.ka.BetzH6908the scatteredוְהַנִּדָּחָה֙ve.han.ni.da.ChahH5080,And I will turnוְשַׂמְתִּים֙ve.sam.TimH7760theirshameבָּשְׁתָּֽם׃ba.she.TamH1322intopraiseלִתְהִלָּ֣הlit.hi.LahH8416and fameוּלְשֵׁ֔םu.le.ShemH8034In allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605the earthהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776.
