19The Lordיְֽהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068foundedיָֽסַד־ya.sad-H3245the earthאָ֑רֶץ'A.retzH776by wisdomבְּחָכְמָ֥הbe.cha.khe.MahH2451, Heestablishedכּוֹנֵ֥ןko.NenH3559the heavensשָׁ֝מַ֗יִםSha.Ma.yimH8064by understandingבִּתְבוּנָֽה׃bit.vu.NahH8394.

20By His knowledgeבְּ֭דַעְתּוֹbe.da'.toH1847theoceanH8415depthsתְּהוֹמ֣וֹתte.ho.MotH8415were burstH1234openנִבְקָ֑עוּniv.Ka.'uH1234, And thecloudsוּ֝שְׁחָקִ֗יםu.she.cha.KimH7834dripיִרְעֲפוּ־yir.'a.fu-H7491with dewטָֽל׃TalH2919.

21My sonבְּ֭נִיBe.niH1121, see thatthey do not escapeיָלֻ֣זוּya.Lu.zuH3868from your sightמֵעֵינֶ֑יךָme.'ei.Nei.khaH5869;ComplyH5341withH5341soundתֻּ֝שִׁיָּ֗הtu.shi.YahH8454wisdomH8454and discretionוּמְזִמָּֽה׃u.me.zi.MahH4209,

22And they will belifeH2425to your soulלְנַפְשֶׁ֑ךָle.naf.She.khaH5315Andadornmentוְ֝חֵ֗ןve.ChenH2580to your neckלְגַרְגְּרֹתֶֽיךָ׃le.gar.ge.ro.Tei.khaH1621.

23Thenאָ֤ז'azH227you willwalkתֵּלֵ֣ךְte.LekhH1980in your wayדַּרְכֶּ֑ךָdar.Ke.khaH1870securelyלָבֶ֣טַחla.Ve.tachH983,And your footוְ֝רַגְלְךָ֗ve.rag.le.khaH7272will notstumbleתִגּֽוֹף׃ti.GofH5062.

24Whenאִם־'im-H518youlieתִּשְׁכַּ֥בtish.KavH7901downH7901,you will not beH6342afraidH6342;When you lieוְ֝שָׁכַבְתָּ֗ve.sha.khav.taH7901downH7901,your sleepשְׁנָתֶֽךָ׃she.na.Te.khaH8142will be sweetוְֽעָרְבָ֥הve.'a.re.VahH6149.

25Do not beH3372afraidתִּ֭ירָאTi.ra'H3372of suddenפִּתְאֹ֑םpit.'OmH6597dangerמִפַּ֣חַדmi.Pa.chadH6343,Norאַל־'al-H408oftroubleH7724from the wickedרְ֝שָׁעִ֗יםre.sha.'ImH7563whenכִּ֣יkiH3588it comesתָבֹֽא׃ta.Vo'H935;

26For the Lordיְ֭הוָהYah.wehH3068will beyour confidenceבְכִסְלֶ֑ךָve.khis.Le.khaH3689, And willkeepוְשָׁמַ֖רve.sha.MarH8104your footרַגְלְךָ֣rag.le.KhaH7272from being caughtמִלָּֽכֶד׃mi.La.khedH3921.

27Do not withholdתִּמְנַע־tim.na'-H4513goodט֥וֹבTovH2896fromthoseH1167toH1167whomH1167it isH1167dueH1167,When it is in your powerלְאֵ֖לle.'ElH410to doלַעֲשֽׂוֹת׃la.'a.SotH6213it.

28Do not sayתֹּ֘אמַ֤רto.MarH559to your neighborלְרֵֽעֲךָ֨le.re.'ei.khaH7453, “Goלֵ֣ךְlekhH1980,and comeH7725backוָ֭שׁוּבVa.shuvH7725,And tomorrowוּמָחָ֥רu.ma.CharH4279I will giveאֶתֵּ֗ן'e.TenH5414it to you,”When you haveוְיֵ֣שׁve.YeshH3426it with you.

29Do not deviseתַּחֲרֹ֣שׁta.cha.RoshH2790harmH7463againstעַל־'al-H5921your neighborרֵעֲךָ֣re.'a.KhaH7453,While he livesיוֹשֵׁ֖בyo.ShevH3427securelyלָבֶ֣טַחla.Ve.tachH983besideאִתָּֽךְ׃'i.TakhH854you.

30Do not contendתָּרִ֣יבta.rivH7378with a personאָדָ֣ם'a.DamH120forH2600noH2600reasonH2600,Ifאִם־'im-H518he has doneגְמָלְךָ֣ge.ma.le.KhaH1580you noלֹ֖אlo'H3808harmH7463.

31Do not envyתְּ֭קַנֵּאTe.ka.ne'H7065a violentחָמָ֑סcha.MasH2555personבְּאִ֣ישׁbe.'IshH376,And do not chooseתִּ֝בְחַ֗רtiv.CharH977anyבְּכָל־be.kholH3605of his waysדְּרָכָֽיו׃de.ra.KhavH1870.

32For thedeviousנָל֑וֹזna.LozH3868are an abominationתוֹעֲבַ֣תto.'a.VatH8441to the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068; But He isintimateסוֹדֽוֹ׃so.DoH5475with the uprightיְשָׁרִ֥יםye.sha.RimH3477.

33Thecurseמְאֵרַ֣תme.'e.RatH3994of the Lordיְ֭הוָהYah.wehH3068is on the houseבְּבֵ֣יתbe.VeitH1004of the wickedרָשָׁ֑עra.Sha'H7563, But Heblessesיְבָרֵֽךְ׃ye.va.RekhH1288the homeוּנְוֵ֖הu.ne.VehH5116of the righteousצַדִּיקִ֣יםtza.di.KimH6662.

34Thoughאִם־'im-H518He scoffsH3917at the scoffersH3917, YetHe givesיִתֶּן־yi.ten-H5414graceחֵֽן׃ChenH2580to the needyוְ֝לַעֲנָוִ֗יםve.la.'a.ni.yimH6035.

35The wiseחֲכָמִ֣יםcha.kha.MimH2450will inheritיִנְחָ֑לוּyin.Cha.luH5157honorכָּ֭בוֹדKa.VodH3519,But foolsוּ֝כְסִילִ֗יםu.khe.si.LimH3684increaseמֵרִ֥יםme.RimH7311dishonorקָלֽוֹן׃ פka.LonH7036.
