Revelation 11:9-19

9Those from 1the peoples, tribes, languages, and nations will look at their dead 2bodies for three and a half days, and 34will not allow their dead bodies to be laid in a tomb. 10And 5those who live on the earth will rejoice over them and celebrate; and they will 6send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented 7those who live on the earth.

11And after the three and a half days, 8the breath of life from God came into them, and they stood on their feet; and great fear fell upon those who were watching them. 12And they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “9Come up here.” And they 10went up into heaven in the cloud, and their enemies watched them. 13And 11at that time there was a great 12earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell; 13seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the rest were terrified and 14gave glory to the 15God of heaven.

14The second 16woe has passed; behold, the third woe is coming quickly.

15Then the 17seventh angel sounded; and there were 18loud voices in heaven, saying,

“19The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of 20His 21Christ; and 22He will reign forever and ever.” 16And the twenty-four elders, who 23sit on their thrones before God, 24fell on their faces and worshiped God, 17saying,

“We give You thanks, 25Lord God, the Almighty, the One who is and who was, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to 26reign. 18And 27the nations were enraged, and 28Your wrath came, and 29the time came for the dead to be judged, and the time to 30reward Your 31bond-servants the prophets and the 32saints and those who fear Your name, 33the small and the great, and to destroy those who destroy the earth.”

19And 34the 35temple of God which is in heaven was opened; and 36the ark of His covenant appeared in His 37temple, and there were flashes of 38lightning and sounds and peals of thunder, and an earthquake, and a 39great 40hailstorm.
