13So she seizes him and kisses him, 1And with a 2brazen face she says to him:14“3I was due to offer 4peace offerings; Today I have 5paid my vows.15Therefore I have come out to meet you, To seek your presence diligently, and I have found you.16I have spread my couch with 6coverings, With colored 7linens of Egypt.17I have sprinkled my bed With 8myrrh, aloes, and 9cinnamon.18Come, let’s drink our fill of love until morning; Let’s delight ourselves with caresses.19For 10my husband is not at home; He has gone on a long journey.20He has taken a 11bag of money 12with him.
