Proverbs 2:12-19
12To 1rescue you from the way of evil, From a person who speaks 2perverse things;13From those who 3leave the paths of uprightness To walk in the 4ways of darkness;14Who 5delight in doing evil And rejoice in the perversity of evil;15Whose paths are 6crooked, And who are devious in their ways;16To 7rescue you from the strange woman, From the 8foreign woman who flatters with her words,17Who leaves the 9companion of her youth And forgets the 10covenant of her God;18For 11her house sinks down to death, And her tracks lead to the 12dead;19None 13who go to her return, Nor do they reach the 14paths of life.
