Isaiah 8:9-13

9“1Be broken, you peoples, and be 23shattered; And listen, all remote places of the earth. 4Get ready, yet be 5shattered; 6Get ready, yet be 7shattered.108Devise a plan, but it will fail; State a 9proposal, but 10it will not stand, For 1112God is with us.”

11For so the Lord spoke to me 13with 14mighty power and instructed me 15not to walk in the way of this people, saying,12“You are not to say, ‘It is a 16conspiracy!’ Regarding everything that this people call a conspiracy, And 17you are not to fear 18what they fear or be in dread of it.13It is the 19Lord of armies 20whom you are to regard as holy. And He shall be your fear, And He shall be your dread.
