Isaiah 63:11-14
11Then 1His people remembered the days of old, of Moses. Where is 2He who brought them up out of the sea with the 3shepherds of His flock? Where is He who 4put His Holy Spirit in the midst of 5them,12Who caused His 6glorious arm to go at the right hand of Moses, Who 7divided the waters before them to make for Himself an everlasting name,13Who led them through the depths? Like the horse in the wilderness, they did not 8stumble;14Like the cattle which go down into the valley, The Spirit of the 9Lord gave 10them rest. So You 11led Your people, To make for Yourself a glorious name.
