Isaiah 61:1-4

1The 1Spirit of the Lord 2God is upon me, Because the Lord anointed me To 3bring good news to the 4humble; He has sent me to 5bind up the brokenhearted, To 6proclaim 7release to captives And 8freedom to prisoners;2To 9proclaim the favorable year of the Lord And the 10day of vengeance of our God; To 11comfort all who mourn,3To 12grant those who mourn in Zion, Giving them a garland instead of ashes, The 13oil of gladness instead of mourning, The cloak of praise instead of a disheartened spirit. So they will be called 1415oaks of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.

4Then they will 16rebuild the ancient ruins, They will raise up the former devastations; And they will repair the ruined cities, The desolations of many generations.
