Isaiah 51:12-16

12“I, I Myself, am He who 1comforts you. Who are you that you are afraid of 23mortal man, And of a son of man who is made like 4grass,13That you have 5forgotten the Lord your Maker, Who 6stretched out the heavens And laid the foundations of the earth, That you 7fear continually all day long because of the fury of the oppressor, As he makes ready to destroy? And where is the rage of the 8oppressor? 14The 910exile will soon be set free, and will not die in the 11dungeon, 12nor will his bread be lacking. 15For I am the Lord your God, who 13stirs up the sea so that its waves roar (the Lord of armies is His name). 16And I have 14put My words in your mouth and have 15covered you with the shadow of My hand, to 1617establish the heavens, to found the earth, and to say to Zion, ‘You are My people.’”
