Isaiah 23:11-12

11He has 1stretched His hand out 2over the sea, He has 3made the kingdoms tremble; The Lord has given a command concerning Canaan to 4demolish its strongholds.

12He has said, “5You shall not be jubilant anymore, you crushed virgin daughter of Sidon. Arise, pass over to 67Cyprus; even there you will find no rest.”
