Isaiah 11:3-4
3And He will delight in the fear of the Lord, And He will not judge by what His eyes 1see, Nor make decisions by what His ears hear;4But with 2righteousness He will judge the 3poor, And decide with fairness for the 4humble of the earth; And He will strike the earth with the 5rod of His mouth, And with the 6breath of His lips He will slay the wicked.
