Hebrews 9:9-13

9which is a symbol for the present time. Accordingly 1both gifts and sacrifices are offered which 2cannot make the worshiper perfect in conscience, 10since they relate only to 3food, 4drink, and various 5washings, 6regulations for the 7body imposed until 8a time of reformation.

11But when Christ appeared as a 9high priest of the 10good things 11having come, He entered through 12the greater and more perfect 13tabernacle, 14not made by hands, that is, 15not of this creation; 12and not through 16the blood of goats and calves, but 17through His own blood, He 18entered the holy place 19once for all time, 20having obtained 21eternal redemption. 13For if 22the blood of goats and bulls, and 23the 24ashes of a heifer sprinkling those who have been defiled, sanctify for the 25cleansing of the flesh,
