2 Corinthians 4:2-4

2but we have renounced the 1things hidden because of shame, not walking in trickery nor 2distorting the word of God, but by the open proclamation of the truth 3commending ourselves to every person’s conscience in the sight of God.

3And even if our 4gospel is 5veiled, it is veiled 6to 7those who are perishing,

4in whose case 8the god of 9this 10world has 11blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that 12they will not see the 13light of the gospel of the 14glory of Christ, who is the 15image of God.
