2 Corinthians 4:11-18

11For we who live are constantly being handed over to death because of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our mortal flesh. 12So death works in us, but life in you.

13But having the same 1spirit of faith, according to what is written: “2I believed, therefore I spoke,” we also believe, therefore we also speak, 14knowing that He who 3raised the Lord Jesus 4will also raise us with Jesus, and will 5present us with you. 15For all things are 6for your sakes, so that grace, having 78spread to more and more people, will cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.

16Therefore we 9do not lose heart, but though our outer person is decaying, yet our 10inner person is 11being renewed day by day. 17For our momentary, 12light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison, 18while we 13look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
