1 Samuel 13:13-15
13But Samuel said to Saul, “1You have acted foolishly! 2You have not kept the commandment of the Lord your God, which He commanded you, for the Lord would now have established your kingdom 3over Israel 4forever. 14But 5now your kingdom shall not endure. 6The Lord has sought for Himself a man 7after His own heart, and the Lord has appointed him ruler over His people, because you have not kept what the Lord commanded you.”
15Then Samuel set out and went up from Gilgal to 8Gibeah of Benjamin. And Saul 9counted the people who were 10present with him, 11about six hundred men.
