Zechariah 1:12-16
12Then the angelH4397 of the LordH3068 saidH559, “O LordH3068 of hostsH6635, 1howH4970 longH5704H4970 will You 2haveH7355 noH3808 compassionH7355 for JerusalemH3389 and the citiesH5892 of JudahH3063, with whichH834 You have beenH2194 3indignantH2194 theseH2088 4seventyH7657 yearsH8141?”
13The LordH3068 answeredH6030 the 5angelH4397 who was speakingH1696 with me with 6graciousH2896 wordsH1697, 7comfortingH5150 wordsH1697.
14So the angelH4397 who was speakingH1696 with me saidH559 to me, “8ProclaimH7121, sayingH559, ‘ThusH3541 saysH559 the LordH3068 of hostsH6635, “I am 9exceedinglyH1419 jealousH7065 for JerusalemH3389 and ZionH6726.
15But I am veryH1419H7110 10angryH7107 with the nationsH1471 who are 11at easeH7600; for while I was only a littleH4592 angryH7107, they 1213furtheredH5826 the disasterH7463.”
16ThereforeH3651 thusH3541 saysH559 the LordH3068, “I will 14returnH7725 to JerusalemH3389 with compassionH7356; My 15houseH1004 will be builtH1129 in it,” declaresH5002 the LordH3068 of hostsH6635, “and a measuringH6957 16lineH6957 will be stretchedH5186 overH5921 JerusalemH3389.”’
