1Then I liftedH5375 up my eyesH5869 againH7725 and lookedH7200, and beholdH2009, there was a flyingH5774 1scrollH4039. 2And he saidH559 to me, “2WhatH4100 do you seeH7200?” And I answeredH559, “I seeH7200 a flyingH5774 scrollH4039; its lengthH753 is twentyH6242 3cubitsH520 and its widthH7341 tenH6235 cubitsH520.” 3Then he saidH559 to me, “ThisH2088 is the 4curseH423 that is goingH3318 forthH3318 overH5921 the faceH6440 of the wholeH3605 5landH776; surelyH3588 everyoneH3605 who 6stealsH1589 will be purgedH5352 away according to 7the writing on oneH2088 sideH2088, and everyoneH3605 who 8swearsH7650 will be purgedH5352 away according to 9the writing on the other sideH2088. 4I will 10make it goH3318 forthH3318,” declaresH5002 the LordH3068 of hostsH6635, “and it will 11enterH935 the houseH1004 of the 12thiefH1590 and the houseH1004 of the one who swearsH7650 falselyH8267 by My nameH8034; and it will spendH3885 the nightH3885 withinH8432 that houseH1004 and 13consumeH3615 it with its timberH6086 and stonesH68.”

5Then 14the angelH4397 who was speakingH1696 with me wentH3318 out and saidH559 to me, “LiftH5375 up nowH4994 your eyesH5869 and seeH7200 whatH4100 thisH2088 is goingH3318 forthH3318.” 6I saidH559, “WhatH4100 is it?” And he saidH559, “ThisH2088 is the 1516ephahH374 goingH3318 forthH3318.” Again he saidH559, “ThisH2088 is their 17appearanceH5869 in allH3605 the 18landH776 7(and beholdH2009, a leadH5777 coverH3603 was liftedH5375 up); and thisH2088 is a womanH802 sittingH3427 insideH8432 the ephahH374.” 8Then he saidH559, “ThisH2088 is 19WickednessH7564!” And he threwH7993 her downH7993 into the middleH8432 of the ephahH374 and castH7993 the leadH5777 weightH68 on its 20openingH6310. 9Then I liftedH5375 up my eyesH5869 and lookedH7200, and there twoH8147 womenH802 were comingH3318 out with the windH7307 in their wingsH3671; and they had wingsH3671 like the wingsH3671 of a 21storkH2624, and they liftedH5375 up the ephahH374 betweenH996 the earthH776 and the heavensH8064. 10I saidH559 to the angelH4397 who was speakingH1696 with me, “WhereH575 are they takingH1980 the ephahH374?” 11Then he saidH559 to me, “To buildH1129 a 22templeH1004 for her in the landH776 of 23ShinarH8152; and when it is preparedH3559, she will be setH5117 thereH8033 on her own pedestalH4350.”
