Amos 7:14-17
Then AmosH5986 repliedH6030 to AmaziahH558, “I am not a prophetH5030, norH3808 am I the 1sonH1121 of a prophetH5030; for I am a herdsmanH951 and a 2growerH1103 of sycamoreH8256 figsH1103.
But the LordH3068 tookH3947 me from 3followingH310 the flockH6629 and the LordH3068 saidH559 to me, ‘GoH1980 4prophesyH5012 to My peopleH5971 IsraelH3478.’
NowH6258 hearH8085 the wordH1697 of the LordH3068: you are sayingH559, ‘You 5shall not prophesyH5012 againstH5921 IsraelH3478 6norH3808 shall you 7speakH5197 againstH5921 the houseH1004 of IsaacH3327.’
ThereforeH3651, thusH3541 saysH559 the LordH3068, ‘Your 8wifeH802 will becomeH2181 a harlotH2181 in the cityH5892, your 9sonsH1121 and your daughtersH1323 will fallH5307 by the swordH2719, your landH127 will be parceledH2505 up by a measuring lineH2256 and you yourselfH859 will dieH4191 10upon 11uncleanH2931 soilH127. Moreover, IsraelH3478 will certainlyH1540 goH1540 from its landH127 into exileH1540.’”
