39and a spiritπνεῦμαpneumaG4151seizesλαμβάνειlambaneiG2983him, and he suddenlyἐξαίφνηςexaiphnēsG1810screamsκράζειkrazeiG2896,and it throwsG4682him into a convulsionσπαράσσειsparasseiG4682with foamingἀφροῦaphrouG876at the mouth;and onlyG3433with difficultyG3433does it leaveG672him, maulingσυντρῖβονsuntribonG4937himas it leavesG672.
41And JesusἸησοῦςIēsousG2424answeredἈποκριθεὶςApokritheisG611and saidG3004,“You unbelievingἄπιστοςapistosG571and pervertedδιεστραμμένη,diestrammenēG1294generationγενεὰgeneaG1074,howG2193longπότεpoteG2193G4219shall I be with you and putἀνέξομαιanexomaiG430up with you? 42While he was stillἔτιetiG2089approachingπροσερχομένουproserchomenouG4334,the demonδαιμόνιονdaimonionG1140slammedἔρρηξενerrēxenG4486him to the groundand threwG4952him into a convulsionσυνεσπάραξεν.sunesparaxenG4952.But JesusἸησοῦςIēsousG2424rebukedἐπετίμησενepetimēsenG2008the uncleanἀκαθάρτῳakathartōG169spiritπνεύματιpneumatiG4151,and healedἰάσατοiasatoG2390the boyπαῖδαpaidaG3816and gaveG591him backἀπέδωκενapedōkenG591to his fatherπατρὶpatriG3962.
