Revelation 20:2-15
2And he laid hold of the 1dragon, the serpent of old, who is the devil and Satan, and 2bound him for a thousand years; 3and he threw him into the 3abyss, and shut it and 4sealed it over him, so that he would 5not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were completed; after these things he must be released for a short time.
4Then I saw 6thrones, and 7they sat on them, and 8judgment was given to them. And I saw 9the souls of those who had been beheaded because of 10their 11testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God, and those who had not 12worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received the 13mark on their forehead and on their hand; and they 14came to life and 15reigned with Christ for a thousand years. 5The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were completed. 16This is the first resurrection. 617Blessed and holy is the one who has a part in the first resurrection; over these the 18second death has no power, but they will be 19priests of God and of Christ and will 20reign with Him for a thousand years.
7When the thousand years are completed, Satan will be 21released from his prison, 8and will come out to 22deceive the nations which are in the 23four corners of the earth, 24Gog and Magog, to 25gather them together for the war; the number of them is like the 26sand of the 27seashore. 9And they 28came up on the 29broad plain of the earth and surrounded the 30camp of the 31saints and the 32beloved city, and 33fire came down from heaven and devoured them. 10And 34the devil who 35deceived them was thrown into the 36lake of fire and 37brimstone, where the 38beast and the 39false prophet are also; and they will be 40tormented day and night forever and ever.
11Then I saw a great white 41throne and Him who sat upon it, from whose 42presence 43earth and heaven fled away, and 44no place was found for them. 12And I saw the dead, the 45great and the small, standing before the throne, and 4647books were opened; and another 48book was opened, which is 49the book of life; and the dead 50were judged from the things which were written in the 51books, 52according to their deeds. 13And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and 53death and Hades 54gave up the dead which were in them; and they were judged, every one of them 55according to their deeds. 14Then 56death and Hades were thrown into 57the lake of fire. This is the 58second death, the lake of fire. 15And if 59anyone’s name was not found written in 60the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.
