Revelation 13:11-13
11Then 1I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had 2two horns like a lamb and he spoke as a 3dragon.
12He 4exercises all the authority of the first beast 56in his presence. And he makes 7the earth and those who dwell in it to 8worship the first beast, whose 9fatal wound was healed.
13He 10performs great signs, so that he even makes 11fire come down out of heaven to the earth in the presence of men.
