1Then the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872,Now shalt thou seeתִרְאֶ֔הtir.'EhH7200what I will doאֶֽעֱשֶׂ֖ה'e.'e.SehH6213to Pharaohלְפַרְעֹ֑הle.far.'OhH6547:for with a strongחֲזָקָה֙cha.za.KahH2389handבְיָ֤דve.YadH3027shall he let them goיְשַׁלְּחֵ֔םye.sha.le.ChemH7971,and with a strongחֲזָקָ֔הcha.za.KahH2389handוּבְיָ֣דu.ve.YadH3027shall he drive them outיְגָרְשֵׁ֖םye.ga.re.ShemH1644of his landמֵאַרְצֽוֹ׃ סme.'ar.TzoH776.

2And Godאֱלֹהִ֖ים'E.lo.HimH430spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֥רvay.da.BerH1696unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֑הmo.ShehH4872,and saidוַיֹּ֥אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto him, I amthe Lordיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068:

3And I appearedוָאֵרָ֗אva.'e.Ra'H7200unto Abrahamאַבְרָהָ֛ם'av.ra.HamH85,unto Isaacיִצְחָ֥קyitz.ChakH3327,and unto Jacobיַעֲקֹ֖בya.'a.KoH3290, by the name ofGodבְּאֵ֣לbe.'ElH410Almightyשַׁדָּ֑יsha.DaiH7706,but by my nameוּשְׁמִ֣יu.she.MiH8034Jehovahיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068was I not knownנוֹדַ֖עְתִּיno.Da'.tiH3045to them.

4And I have also establishedהֲקִמֹ֤תִיha.ki.Mo.tiH6965my covenantבְּרִיתִי֙be.ri.TiH1285with them, to giveלָתֵ֥תla.TetH5414them the landאֶ֣רֶץ'E.retzH776of Canaanכְּנָ֑עַןke.Na.'anH3667,the landאֶ֥רֶץ'E.retzH776of their pilgrimageמְגֻרֵיהֶ֖םme.gu.rei.HemH4033,wherein they were strangersגָּ֥רוּGa.ruH1481.

5And I have also heardשָׁמַ֗עְתִּיsha.Ma'.tiH8085the groaningנַאֲקַת֙na.'a.KatH5009of the childrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,whomאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834the Egyptiansמִצְרַ֖יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714keep in bondageמַעֲבִדִ֣יםma.'a.vi.DimH5647;and I have rememberedוָאֶזְכֹּ֖רva.'ez.KorH2142my covenantבְּרִיתִֽי׃be.ri.TiH1285.

6Whereforeלָכֵ֞ןla.KhenH3651sayאֱמֹ֥ר'e.MorH559unto the childrenלִבְנֵֽי־liv.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֘לYis.ra.'ElH3478, I amthe Lordיְהוָה֒Yah.wehH3068,and I will bringוְהוֹצֵאתִ֣יve.ho.tze.TiH3318you out from under the burdensסִבְלֹ֣תsiv.LotH5450of the Egyptiansמִצְרַ֔יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714,and I will ridוְהִצַּלְתִּ֥יve.hi.tzal.TiH5337you out of their bondageמֵעֲבֹדָתָ֑םme.'a.vo.da.TamH5656,and I will redeemוְגָאַלְתִּ֤יve.ga.'al.TiH1350you with a stretchedנְטוּיָ֔הne.tu.YahH5186out armבִּזְר֣וֹעַbiz.Ro.a'H2220,and with greatגְּדֹלִֽים׃ge.do.LimH1419judgmentsוּבִשְׁפָטִ֖יםu.vish.fa.TimH8201:

7And I will takeוְלָקַחְתִּ֨יve.la.kach.TiH3947you to me for a peopleלְעָ֔םle.'AmH5971,and I will be to you a Godלֵֽאלֹהִ֑יםle.lo.HimH430:and ye shall knowוִֽידַעְתֶּ֗םvi.da'.TemH3045that I amthe Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹ֣הֵיכֶ֔ם'e.Lo.hei.KhemH430,which bringethהַמּוֹצִ֣יאha.mo.Tzi'H3318you out from under the burdensסִבְל֥וֹתsiv.LotH5450of the Egyptiansמִצְרָֽיִם׃mitz.Ra.yimH4714.

8And I will bringוְהֵבֵאתִ֤יve.he.ve.TiH935you in unto the landהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776,concerning the which I did swearנָשָׂ֙אתִי֙ יָדִ֔יna.Sa.ti ya.DiH3027 H5375to giveלָתֵ֣תla.TetH5414it to Abrahamלְאַבְרָהָ֥םle.'av.ra.HamH85,to Isaacלְיִצְחָ֖קle.yitz.ChakH3327,and to Jacobוּֽלְיַעֲקֹ֑בu.le.ya.'a.KoH3290;and I will giveוְנָתַתִּ֨יve.na.ta.TiH5414it you for an heritageמוֹרָשָׁ֖הmo.ra.ShahH4181: I amthe Lordיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

9And Mosesמֹשֶׁ֛הmo.ShehH4872spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֥רvay.da.BerH1696so unto the childrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478:but they hearkenedשָֽׁמְעוּ֙sha.me.'UH8085not unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872for anguishמִקֹּ֣צֶרmi.Ko.tzerH7115of spiritר֔וּחַRu.achH7307,and for cruelקָשָֽׁה׃ פka.ShahH7186bondageוּמֵעֲבֹדָ֖הu.me.'a.vo.DahH5656.

10And the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֥רvay.da.BerH1696unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֥הmo.ShehH4872,sayingלֵּאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

11Goבֹּ֣אbo'H935in, speakדַבֵּ֔רda.BerH1696unto Pharaohפַּרְעֹ֖הpar.'OhH6547kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Egyptמִצְרָ֑יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714,that he let the childrenבְּנֵֽי־be.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478go outוִֽישַׁלַּ֥חvi.sha.LachH7971of his landמֵאַרְצֽוֹ׃me.'ar.TzoH776.

12And Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֣רvay.da.BerH1696beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559,Behold, the childrenבְּנֵֽי־be.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478have not hearkenedשָׁמְע֣וּsha.me.'UH8085unto me; how then shall Pharaohפַרְעֹ֔הfar.'OhH6547hearיִשְׁמָעֵ֣נִיyish.ma.'E.niH8085meוַאֲנִ֖יva.'a.NiH589, who amof uncircumcisedעֲרַ֥ל'a.RalH6189lipsשְׂפָתָֽיִם׃ פse.fa.Ta.yimH8193?

13And the Lordיְהוָה֮Yah.wehH3068spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֣רvay.da.BerH1696unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֣הmo.ShehH4872and unto Aaronאַהֲרֹן֒'a.ha.RonH175,and gave them a chargeוַיְצַוֵּם֙vay.tza.VemH6680unto the childrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,and unto Pharaohפַּרְעֹ֖הpar.'OhH6547kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Egyptמִצְרָ֑יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714,to bringלְהוֹצִ֥יאle.ho.Tzi'H3318the childrenבְּנֵֽי־be.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478out of the landמֵאֶ֥רֶץme.'E.retzH776of Egyptמִצְרָֽיִם׃ סmitz.Ra.yimH4714.
