10For the landהָאָ֗רֶץha.'A.retzH776,whither thou goest inבָא־va'-H935to possessלְרִשְׁתָּ֔הּle.rish.TahH3423it, isnot as the landכְאֶ֤רֶץkhe.'E.retzH776of Egyptמִצְרַ֙יִם֙mitz.Ra.yimH4714,from whence ye came outיְצָאתֶ֖םye.tza.TemH3318,where thou sowedstתִּזְרַע֙tiz.Ra'H2232thy seedזַרְעֲךָ֔zar.'a.KhaH2233,and wateredstוְהִשְׁקִ֥יתָve.hish.Ki.taH8248itwith thy footבְרַגְלְךָ֖ve.rag.le.KhaH7272,as a gardenכְּגַ֥ןke.GanH1588of herbsהַיָּרָֽק׃hai.ya.RakH3419:

11But the landוְהָאָ֗רֶץve.ha.'A.retzH776,whither ye goעֹבְרִ֥ים'oe.RimH5674to possessלְרִשְׁתָּ֔הּle.rish.TahH3423it, isa landאֶ֥רֶץ'E.retzH776of hillsהָרִ֖יםha.RimH2022and valleysוּבְקָעֹ֑תu.ve.ka.'OtH1237, anddrinkethתִּשְׁתֶּה־tish.teh-H8354waterמָּֽיִם׃Ma.yimH4325of the rainלִמְטַ֥רlim.TarH4306of heavenהַשָּׁמַ֖יִםha.sha.Ma.yimH8064:

12A landאֶ֕רֶץ'E.retzH776which the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068thy Godאֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430careth forדֹּרֵ֣שׁdo.ReshH1875:the eyesעֵינֵ֨י'ei.NeiH5869of the Lordיְהוָ֤הYah.wehH3068thy Godאֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙'e.lo.Hei.khaH430arealwaysתָּמִ֗ידta.MidH8548upon it, from the beginningמֵֽרֵשִׁית֙me.re.ShitH7225of the yearהַשָּׁנָ֔הha.sha.NahH8141even unto the endאַחֲרִ֥ית'a.cha.RitH319of the yearשָׁנָֽה׃ סsha.NahH8141.

13And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearkenשָׁמֹ֤עַsha.Mo.a'H8085diligentlyתִּשְׁמְעוּ֙tish.me.'UH8085unto my commandmentsמִצְוֹתַ֔יmitz.vo.TaiH4687which I commandמְצַוֶּ֥הme.tza.VehH6680you this dayהַיּ֑וֹםhai.YomH3117,to loveלְאַהֲבָ֞הle.'a.ha.VahH157the Lordיְהוָ֤הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹֽהֵיכֶם֙'e.lo.hei.KhemH430,and to serveוּלְעָבְד֔וֹu.le.'a.ve.DoH5647him with all your heartלְבַבְכֶ֖םle.vav.KhemH3824and with all your soulנַפְשְׁכֶֽם׃naf.she.KhemH5315,

14That I will giveוְנָתַתִּ֧יve.na.ta.TiH5414youthe rainמְטַֽר־me.tar-H4306of your landאַרְצְכֶ֛ם'ar.tze.KhemH776in his due seasonבְּעִתּ֖וֹbe.'i.ToH6256,the first rainיוֹרֶ֣הyo.RehH3138and the latter rainוּמַלְק֑וֹשׁu.mal.Ko.oshH4456,that thou mayest gatherוְאָסַפְתָּ֣ve.'a.saf.TaH622in thy cornדְגָנֶ֔ךָde.ga.Ne.khaH1715,and thy wineוְתִֽירֹשְׁךָ֖ve.ti.ro.she.KhaH8492,and thine oilוְיִצְהָרֶֽךָ׃ve.yitz.ha.Re.khaH3323.

15And I will sendוְנָתַתִּ֛יve.na.ta.TiH5414grassעֵ֥שֶׂב'E.sevH6212in thy fieldsבְּשָׂדְךָ֖be.sa.de.KhaH7704for thy cattleלִבְהֶמְתֶּ֑ךָliv.hem.Te.khaH929,that thou mayest eatוְאָכַלְתָּ֖ve.'a.khal.TaH398and be fullוְשָׂבָֽעְתָּ׃ve.sa.Va.'e.taH7646.

16Take heedהִשָּֽׁמְר֣וּhi.sha.me.RuH8104to yourselves, that your heartלְבַבְכֶ֑םle.vav.KhemH3824be not deceivedיִפְתֶּ֖הyif.TehH6601,and ye turn asideוְסַרְתֶּ֗םve.sar.TemH5493,and serveוַעֲבַדְתֶּם֙va.'a.vad.TemH5647otherאֲחֵרִ֔ים'a.che.RimH312godsאֱלֹהִ֣ים'E.lo.HimH430,and worshipוְהִשְׁתַּחֲוִיתֶ֖םve.hish.ta.cha.vi.TemH7812them;

17And thenthe Lord’sיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068wrathאַף־'af-H639be kindledוְחָרָ֨הve.cha.RahH2734against you, and he shut upוְעָצַ֤רve.'a.TzarH6113the heavenהַשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙ha.sha.Ma.yimH8064,that there be no rainמָטָ֔רma.TarH4306,and that the landוְהָ֣אֲדָמָ֔הve.Ha.'a.da.MahH127yieldתִתֵּ֖ןti.TenH5414not her fruitיְבוּלָ֑הּye.vu.LahH2981; and lestye perishוַאֲבַדְתֶּ֣םva.'a.vad.TemH6quicklyמְהֵרָ֗הme.he.RahH4120from off the goodהַטֹּבָ֔הha.to.VahH2896landהָאָ֣רֶץha.'A.retzH776which the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068givethנֹתֵ֥ןno.TenH5414you.

18Therefore shall ye lay upוְשַׂמְתֶּם֙ve.sam.TemH7760these my wordsדְּבָרַ֣יde.va.RaiH1697in your heartלְבַבְכֶ֖םle.vav.KhemH3824and in your soulנַפְשְׁכֶ֑םnaf.she.KhemH5315,and bindוּקְשַׁרְתֶּ֨םu.ke.shar.TemH7194them for a signלְאוֹת֙le.'OtH226upon your handיֶדְכֶ֔םyed.KhemH3027,that they may be as frontletsלְטוֹטָפֹ֖תle.to.ta.FotH2903between your eyesעֵינֵיכֶֽם׃'ei.nei.KhemH5869.

19And ye shall teachוְלִמַּדְתֶּ֥םve.li.mad.TemH3925them your childrenבְּנֵיכֶ֖םbe.nei.KhemH1121,speakingלְדַבֵּ֣רle.da.BerH1696of them when thou sittestבְּשִׁבְתְּךָ֤be.shiv.te.KhaH3427in thine houseבְּבֵיתֶ֙ךָ֙be.vei.Te.khaH1004,and when thou walkestH3212by the wayבַדֶּ֔רֶךְva.De.rekhH1870,when thou liestוּֽבְשָׁכְבְּךָ֖u.ve.sha.khe.be.KhaH7901down, and when thou risest upוּבְקוּמֶֽךָ׃u.ve.ku.Me.chaH6965.

20And thou shalt writeוּכְתַבְתָּ֛םu.khe.tav.TamH3789them upon the door postsמְזוּז֥וֹתme.zu.ZotH4201of thine houseבֵּיתֶ֖ךָbei.Te.khaH1004,and upon thy gatesוּבִשְׁעָרֶֽיךָ׃u.vish.'a.Rei.khaH8179:

21That your daysיְמֵיכֶם֙ye.mei.KhemH3117may be multipliedיִרְבּ֤וּyir.BuH7235,and the daysוִימֵ֣יvi.MeiH3117of your childrenבְנֵיכֶ֔םve.nei.KhemH1121,in the landהָֽאֲדָמָ֔הha.'a.da.MahH127which the Lordיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068swareנִשְׁבַּ֧עnish.Ba'H7650unto your fathersלַאֲבֹתֵיכֶ֖םla.'a.vo.tei.KhemH1to giveלָתֵ֣תla.TetH5414them, as the daysכִּימֵ֥יki.MeiH3117of heavenהַשָּׁמַ֖יִםha.sha.Ma.yimH8064upon the earthהָאָֽרֶץ׃ סha.'A.retzH776.

22For if ye shall diligentlyשָׁמֹ֨רsha.MorH8104keepתִּשְׁמְר֜וּןtish.me.RunH8104all these commandmentsהַמִּצְוָ֣הha.mitz.VahH4687which I commandמְצַוֶּ֥הme.tza.VehH6680you, to doלַעֲשֹׂתָ֑הּla.'a.so.TahH6213them, to loveלְאַהֲבָ֞הle.'a.ha.VahH157the Lordיְהוָ֧הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֵיכֶ֛ם'e.lo.hei.KhemH430,to walkH3212in all his waysדְּרָכָ֖יוde.ra.KhavH1870,and to cleaveוּלְדָבְקָה־u.le.da.ve.kah-H1692unto him;

23Then will the Lordיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068drive outוְהוֹרִ֧ישׁve.ho.RishH3423all these nationsהַגּוֹיִ֥םha.go.YimH1471from beforeמִלִּפְנֵיכֶ֑םmi.lif.nei.KhemH6440you, and ye shall possessוִֽירִשְׁתֶּ֣םvi.rish.TemH3423greaterגְּדֹלִ֥יםge.do.LimH1419nationsגּוֹיִ֔םgo.YimH1471and mightierוַעֲצֻמִ֖יםva.'a.tzu.MimH6099than yourselves.

24Every placeהַמָּק֗וֹםha.ma.KomH4725whereon the solesכַּֽף־kaf-H3709of your feetרַגְלְכֶ֛םrag.le.KhemH7272shall treadתִּדְרֹ֧ךְtid.RokhH1869shall be yours: from the wildernessהַמִּדְבָּ֨רha.mid.BarH4057and Lebanonוְהַלְּבָנ֜וֹןve.ha.le.va.NonH3844,from the riverהַנָּהָ֣רha.na.HarH5104,the riverנְהַר־ne.har-H5104Euphratesפְּרָ֗תpe.RatH6578,even unto the uttermostהָֽאַחֲר֔וֹןha.'a.cha.RonH314seaהַיָּ֣םhai.YamH3220shall your coastגְּבֻלְכֶֽם׃ge.vul.KhemH1366be.

25There shall no manאִ֖ישׁ'ishH376be able to standיִתְיַצֵּ֥בyit.ya.TzevH3320beforeבִּפְנֵיכֶ֑םbif.nei.KhemH6440you: forthe Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֗ם'e.lo.hei.KhemH430shall layיִתֵּ֣ן׀yi.TenH5414the fearפַּחְדְּכֶ֨םpach.de.KhemH6343of you and the dreadוּמֽוֹרַאֲכֶ֜םu.mo.ra.'a.KhemH4172of you uponפְּנֵ֤יpe.NeiH6440all the landהָאָ֙רֶץ֙ha.'A.retzH776that ye shall treadתִּדְרְכוּ־tid.re.khu-H1869upon, as he hath saidדִּבֶּ֥רdi.BerH1696unto you.

26Beholdרְאֵ֗הre.'EhH7200,I setנֹתֵ֥ןno.TenH5414beforeלִפְנֵיכֶ֖םlif.nei.KhemH6440you this dayהַיּ֑וֹםhai.YomH3117a blessingבְּרָכָ֖הbe.ra.KhahH1293and a curseוּקְלָלָֽה׃u.ke.la.LahH7045;

27A blessingהַבְּרָכָ֑הha.be.ra.KhahH1293,if ye obeyתִּשְׁמְע֗וּtish.me.'UH8085the commandmentsמִצְוֹת֙mitz.VotH4687of the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם'e.lo.hei.KhemH430,which I commandמְצַוֶּ֥הme.tza.VehH6680you this dayהַיּֽוֹם׃hai.YomH3117:

28And a curseוְהַקְּלָלָ֗הve.ha.ke.la.LahH7045,if ye will not obeyתִשְׁמְעוּ֙tish.me.'UH8085the commandmentsמִצְוֹת֙mitz.VotH4687of the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם'e.lo.hei.KhemH430,but turn asideוְסַרְתֶּ֣םve.sar.TemH5493out of the wayהַדֶּ֔רֶךְha.De.rekhH1870which I commandמְצַוֶּ֥הme.tza.VehH6680you this dayהַיּ֑וֹםhai.YomH3117,to goH3212afterאַחֲרֵ֛י'a.cha.ReiH310otherאֲחֵרִ֖ים'a.che.RimH312godsאֱלֹהִ֥ים'E.lo.HimH430,which ye have not knownיְדַעְתֶּֽם׃ סye.da'.TemH3045.

29And it shall come to pass, when the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068thy Godאֱלֹהֶ֔יךָ'e.lo.Hei.khaH430hath brought thee inיְבִֽיאֲךָ֙ye.vi.'a.KhaH935unto the landהָאָ֕רֶץha.'A.retzH776whither thou goestבָא־va'-H935to possessלְרִשְׁתָּ֑הּle.rish.TahH3423it, that thou shalt putוְנָתַתָּ֤הve.na.ta.TahH5414the blessingהַבְּרָכָה֙ha.be.ra.KhahH1293upon mountהַ֣רharH2022Gerizimגְּרִזִ֔יםge.ri.ZimH1630,and the curseהַקְּלָלָ֖הha.ke.la.LahH7045upon mountהַ֥רharH2022Ebalעֵיבָֽל׃'ei.ValH5858.
